Our trip to Nami Island and Alpaca World was made unforgettable, not just by the scenery, but by the incredible heart of our guide, Laura. It is rare to meet someone who radiates as much kindness and compassion as Laura does. She didn't just show us the sights; she took care of us like family. Whether she was patiently helping us interact with the animals at Alpaca World or ensuring we were comfortable during the Rail Bike session, her genuine concern for our well-being was evident. Her hospitality is second to none, and her love for her country and her craft shines through in everything she does. Thank you, Laura, for your warmth and for making our Korean holiday so special. We had an amazing experience booking our day tour to Alapaca World, Nami Island and Garden of the Morning Calm. It is made possible by Chuck, our tour guide and driver as well😀 He is very fluent in english and guided us in every location, he also took photos and recommended good food for lunch. He even provided a discount vouchers for shopping. Our tour guide is very friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. He shares interesting facts and making sure everyone is comfortable thoughout the trip. He is also professional and drive safely, making the long journey smooth and relaxing. Overall, the tour with Chuck as our guide was hassle-free, enjoyable even for kids, and memorable experience that we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting South Korea.

Had the best day with Reese as our guide! She made our Nami Island, Gangchon Rail Park, and Alpaca Pasture trip smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Reese was super knowledgeable about each spot, shared fun local stories, and knew all the best photo spots so we didn’t miss anything. At Gangchon Rail Park she kept the vibe upbeat, and at the alpaca farm she was so patient helping everyone feed and take pics with the alpacas. Really felt like we had a friend showing us around, not just a guide. Highly recommend if you want someone friendly, organized, and genuinely passionate about making your trip memorable. The schedule was well balanced, giving us enough time to enjoy each destination without feeling rushed.
The guide was kind, attentive, and did a great job explaining the history and background of the places we visited. I especially loved the beautiful scenery on Nami Island and the rail bike ride.
Everything was well organized, and I had a great time from start to finish. Highly recommended, and I would definitely join again!

The experience was amazing! We started the day by meeting the cute alpaccas and other wildlife which was perfect, then had a fun walk around Nami Island and end the day by strolling in the Garden of Morning Calm. Our tour guide, Harry, was an absolute fun to be with. He's very hands on, approachable and energetic 😂 We had so much fun talking with him as well. He did very good job in taking care of us the whole tour.

I spent my birthday here with my family and am so glad I did. This trip was well planned and organized. We had a great time and would highly recommend this tour. Had enough time in each area to get explore. The garden was gorgeous Martin was a very good guide and looked after us well. Didn’t eat with the group would recommend to eat on Nami island had a lovely meal, plenty of choice. Also for an extra expense we did the speedboat ride when ch was a lot of fun n for an extra 4000. It is a long day but really worth it.

Alpaca World was easily the highlight of the day! Make sure to bring 1k won for animal feed. We only managed to visit Rabbit Land aside from the alpacas since travel time was slower due to the previous day’s snowfall, but still a great experience. I FELL IN LOVE WITH ALPACAS!

Nami Island is beautiful as always, but we happened to visit during an “in-between” season. No autumn leaves, & the famous pine lane didn’t have much snow yet, so it looked a bit bare. We just searched for a snowy spot for photos. Best to visit mid-autumn or deep winter for the full vibe.

Garden of Morning Calm was stunning & really felt like a winter wonderland. A must-see during winter.

Big shoutout to Ms. Cecilia, our guide! She balanced being on time with being warm, helpful, and informative (shared stories about each destination) while also being considerate (knew when to let us rest & sleep on the bus). If there’s an option to choose your guide, I hope you get her!

Went on a full-day tour covering the Alpaca Farm, Nami Island and Gangchon Rail Bike. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, with a good balance between activities, break and meal periods and travel time.

June, our guide, was professional and well-organised, always keeping us informed of what was coming next. She also shared recommended lunch places to go and took the initiative to help with photos, which was a thoughtful touch that made the experience more enjoyable.

The bus was clean and comfortable, which made a difference given the travel between locations. Overall, a smooth and well-executed tour from start to finish.

had a super fun day for this tour. sharon iur tour guide is very nice and accomodating. she responds quickly if we have questions. i love the itinerary. we had enough time to enjoy the cute alpacas and time at nami island. will definitely recomment this tour.
