Review Alpaca/Nami/Eobi Ice Valley/RailBike/Morning Calm/Begonia Bird Park

Had an amazing experience with this tour! Our tour guide, Mr. Joe Park, was incredibly communicative, funny, and caring. I had initially signed up for just Alpaca World, Nami Island, and Garden of Morning calm but due to some minor issues I was upgraded to the tour that included Petite France and Italian Village. After the tour, I would still recommend skipping Petite France and Italian Village as it's very run down and a bit gimmicky, but I would still highly recommend the other three stops! We went during spring time so the cherry blossoms were in bloom everywhere so it was gorgeous to see. Many beautiful views and perfect to go walking or biking around. Also went on a week day so I felt it wasn't too crowded. If you go, your only complaint may be you wish you had more time to explore each stop haha (I felt like time flew by), but if you want a busy yet fun day where everything is taken care of you then I would highly recommend this tour :)

First time to book a day tour and so glad to have it with Yamy! As noted in Klook, Yamy added me in WhatsApp (important to have an account regardless if its registered on your local line). We communicated through that channel and she never failed to update us. Starting with the pickup times, she updated us that they’re already on their way to our pickup point — an important update to help us finish our 711 breakfast run. The tour followed the itinerary as advertised in Klook: starting with Alpaca, to Nami Island (lunch break before riding the ferry to the Island) and last stop at Garden of the Morning Calm. With enough time to explore each station and even have extra time for quick snacks at the stations in between each stop. All in all, the itinerary was great and we never felt we were in a hurry, but rather, it was a chill tour. Yamy is so approachable and helpful, and she speaks English well. Highly recommended with Yamy as tour guide! 💯💯

Participating in Klook's Nami Island Cherry Blossom and Gangchon Rail Bike day tour from Seoul was an amazing experience—effortless and fun from start to finish! The itinerary was well-planned, the pick-up point was convenient, and our guide, Alex, was incredibly humorous and engaging. He provided clear explanations, interacted with everyone throughout the trip, and took great care of the group. Nami Island was bustling with people, and the cherry blossom avenue offered beautiful photo opportunities everywhere you looked; strolling through the cherry blossom forest was incredibly romantic. The Gangchon Rail Bike experience was novel and exciting. We cycled along the tracks, enjoying the riverside and mountain scenery, and the tunnel lighting effects created a wonderful atmosphere—perfect for both adults and children. The overall schedule was well-paced, transportation was comfortable, and our guide was attentive and responsible, ensuring everyone had time for photos and rest. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul who wants a hassle-free and enjoyable day trip to the outskirts. Alex's guiding made the experience even better!

Had an absolutely amazing day on this tour! We visited all the main attractions including the alpaca farm, beautiful Nami Island with the ferry ride, and ended the day with a lovely walking tour through the stunning Garden of Morning Calm.

Everything was very well organized and the whole experience felt smooth, fun, and thoughtfully planned from start to finish.

Our guide Joe was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, cheerful, and professional. His English was excellent, he explained everything clearly, and he always made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the day. You could really tell he cared about giving everyone the best experience possible.

Highly recommended day tour! We had a wonderful time visiting Alpaca World, Nami Island, Petit France, Italian Village, and the Garden of Morning Calm. The Garden of Morning Calm was absolutely stunning—it felt like stepping into one beautiful postcard after another, with stunning gardens at every turn.

A special thanks to our tour guide, Yamy, who was fun, attentive, and genuinely caring. She looked after us so well and made the whole trip smooth and enjoyable.

We had an amazing experience with David as our tour guide! He took us to Alpaca World, the Gangchon Rail Park for the rail bike, and Nami Island. Each stop was smooth, well organized, and so much fun.

What really stood out was how helpful David was beyond the tour itself. He recommended great spots and food in Seoul, which made the rest of our trip even better. Everything felt thoughtful and personalized, and we never felt rushed.

Our tour guide Alvin is good and attentive. He brought us to Alpaca world, Nami Island and Gapyeong Rail Bike. All the places are interesting and worth to go! We had our Lunch at Halal Restaurant to eat Dakgalbi Chicken with Fried Rice and Potato Pancake which is so so delicious.

David was a very good nice guy! Great guide who provided great recommendations for food as well as recommendations to maximise time at each attraction. Well worth his money within the company. The attractions themselves were beautiful and I believe worth a visit. The alpacas were super cute and fluffy. Nami island is everything it appears to be in the photos and is beautiful to stroll around. I can see why it’s beautiful in every season. The garden of morning calm was nice to finish the day with a relaxing stroll around the gardens seeing all the beautiful flowers. If you’re not a nature person, you might find this activity to be slightly boring.

Definitely recommend this tour to everyone visiting Seoul and interested in visiting Nami Island. We did three activities (Alpaca World, Nami Island & Garden of Morning Calm) and the tour was very fun and ran smoothly. The lunch location was also very delicious (paid separately). Our guide Jesse was very helpful and enthusiastic giving us the best tips and tricks at every location! It was very easy to meetup at the specified locations. Remember to bring an extra jacket and umbrella because it can get cold😊
