Local staff are stationed at each point to guide you, so you can get from the airport to your Boracay hotel without getting lost. Going to a new place and transferring between various modes of transportation can feel like a challenge, but this service was a great help. Highly recommended.

I was even the only person transported from the airport and to the hotel. No long waiting times. You’ll also save yourself from the hassle of queuing and haggling with local transport.

Best way to get to Boracay islnd from Caticlan airport. There are many fees to be paid at the port, not to mention the high volume of people. Booking this removes the queuing for various fees which looks inconvenient. The ride from Boracay to the hotel is via a shared L300 van. The aircon isnt perfect but the driver was helpful.

The driver is committed to getting you there! He will be waiting at the door when you arrive at the airport. I was exchanging money at Caticlan Airport and took too long, but the driver still waited for me. However, I recommend exchanging money in Manila during your layover, because you need to take a boat after arriving in Caticlan. Flights are timed, and it will delay others. The people who help carry your luggage on the boat will charge you a tip of 50 pesos per bag. After arriving on Boracay, a driver will also be waiting at the port to take you to your hotel. For the return trip to the airport, you will receive an email notification the night before. I encountered a typhoon and my flight was rescheduled. After contacting Island Star to reschedule, the service was still valid, very reliable!
