Il y a du personnel sur place à chaque point de transit pour vous guider, ce qui m’a permis de me rendre de l’aéroport à mon hôtel à Boracay sans encombre. Il peut sembler difficile d’utiliser différents moyens de transport dans un endroit que l’on visite pour la première fois, mais ce service m’a été d’une grande aide et je le recommande vivement.

We had a smooth and stress-free transfer from Caticlan Airport to our hotel in Boracay. The staff were very organized and easy to find at the airport. They assisted us with our luggage and clearly explained the whole process — from the van ride to the jetty port, boat transfer, and finally to our hotel.
Everything was well-coordinated and on time. The boat ride was quick and comfortable, and the land transfer on the island was seamless. We didn’t have to worry about tickets or lining up because they handled everything professionally.

Second time booking this and still hassle free and no frills service! You just need to go to the designated window after landing and you’ll be guided up until your hotel drop off. I was even the only person transported from the airport and to the hotel. No long waiting times. You’ll also save yourself from the hassle of queuing and haggling with local transport.

Best way to get to Boracay islnd from Caticlan airport. There are many fees to be paid at the port, not to mention the high volume of people. Booking this removes the queuing for various fees which looks inconvenient. The ride from Boracay to the hotel is via a shared L300 van. The aircon isnt perfect but the driver was helpful.

Le chauffeur de prise en charge est ponctuel à 100% ! Il vous attendra à la porte dès votre arrivée à l'aéroport. J'ai mis trop de temps à changer de l'argent à l'aéroport de Caticlan, mais le chauffeur m'a quand même attendu. Cependant, je vous conseille de changer votre argent à Manille pendant votre escale, car une fois arrivé à Caticlan, vous devrez prendre un bateau et les vols ont des horaires, ce qui pourrait retarder les autres. Lorsque vous prenez le bateau, les personnes qui vous aident à porter vos bagages vous demanderont un pourboire, 50p par bagage. Une fois arrivé à Boracay, un chauffeur vous attendra également au port pour vous emmener à votre hôtel. Pour le transfert de retour à l'aéroport, vous recevrez une notification par e-mail la veille au soir. J'ai rencontré un typhon et mon vol a été reporté. Après avoir contacté Island Star pour modifier la date, le service était toujours valable, très fiable !
