Review Tandem Paragliding Flight with Pilot in Interlaken

The @skywingsparagliding team was friendly & accommodating. They made us feel at ease while going up the take-off area. Me and my son felt secure & safe even if we didn't know what to expect. Pilot Lewis gave an overview of the Interlaken town while paragliding. Making me appreciate the experience more because of the knowledge he imparted. It was a perfect day, not cloudy but at the same time not too sunny. Over-all it was an experience that I wouldn't mind doing again. The pictures and videos taken are awesome. The Pilot knew the perfect angles and when to take the shots so that I will be as one with the scenic Interlaken view and can be posted as picture perfect. Highly commendable team, can't ask for more.

First time to experience paragliding, but must say it was definitely worth it! 👍🏻 We arrived at the meeting point 10 minutes early, signed in after roll call, and set off. There were 7 coaches + 7 participants in 1 car. The coach on the car briefly explained the key points (in fact, just run, run, run forward), and gave cards for everyone to draw a coach. I happened to draw the only female coach on the car🤣 The car drove up the mountain for about 20 minutes. After getting off the car and walking a short distance, we arrived at a grassy area with a slight slope. The coach prepared the equipment and started soon. It was really just a matter of running forward... But I only ran 2 steps at the first start, and suddenly the wind blew sideways, and the paraglider pulled sideways, causing me to lose balance and fall to the right. Fortunately, it was grass so nothing happened. The coach comforted me: It's not your mistake 🥹🥹 So you can see in the photo that the right side of my pants is covered in mud🥹 The coach prepared for the second takeoff again, and this time it was very successful. I just tried to run forward, and at about the 4th step (really faster than I thought) my feet left the ground and I flew successfully 👍🏻👍🏻 Taking off was even easier than I thought, maybe the coach has good skills? There is no centrifugal force at all 👍🏻 After flying to a high altitude, the instructor asked if I wanted to try something crazy, but I didn’t! So the flight was safe and smooth all the way 🤣 Even the landing was smooth and I didn’t feel the centrifugal force 👍🏻 It was in the air for about 15-20 minutes. During this time, the instructor used go pro to take pictures. Of course, I bought CHF 40 in the end, and got 33 photos + 3 videos. I was very satisfied 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had an absolutely amazing paragliding experience in Interlaken today at 4 PM! My pilot, Nico, was incredible – so friendly, informative, and professional from the very start. He explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely safe and comfortable, and his calm, trustworthy manner really put me at ease before takeoff.
The flight itself was breathtaking – soaring over the stunning scenery was unforgettable. Nico even added a bit of a rollercoaster twist towards the end, which was so much fun and made the experience even more thrilling!
This was truly one of the best experiences of my life. If you’re in Interlaken and thinking about paragliding, I cannot recommend it enough – and if you get Nico as your pilot, you’re in for a fantastic time!

We had an incredible experience paraglding in Interlaken with Skywings! The pilots were not only friendly but also very professional, which put any nerves to rest. We were picked up by a van along with other participants, and each of us was assigned a dedicated pilot. Once we reached the top of the mountain, the views were absolutely breathtaking! It was quite cold up there and during the flight, si definitely wear a jacket. The crew made sure we were properly secured and provided clear instructions, which added to our confidence. This is truly a must-try activity in Interlaken. You’d be missing out on half of your life if you don’t give it a go! The entire experience was unforgettable, with smooth takeoff and landing. Huge shoutout to Skywings Paragliding for an amazing experience! Highly recommended!

Worth every penny. Amazing views. The pilot was friendly. However, you should arrive at the company before your booked time. I went to the meeting point but there was no one there and no sign – almost missed it! But the company is very close to the meeting point and that wasn't a problem, it's something that can happen. Everything happened very quickly, no time wasted. recommend photos + videos it's cool!

Since the trip was originally scheduled for 22/5, but it rained heavily, we sent an email to the company asking if it could be rescheduled. They understood and agreed to reschedule, and everything was communicated well. Moreover, due to the change of schedule, we had to leave our luggage. We only needed to arrive about 15 minutes earlier to leave our luggage in their office. After completing paragliding, we could immediately pick up the luggage. All the coaches were very good, and the whole process was a super good, relaxing and simple experience. The highest landing height was 1,600m. You can see both lakes, multiple snow-capped mountains and Harder Kulm at once. There is no centrifugal force at all. If you want something more exciting, you can also tell your coach. It is super fun. At the end we were given a small souvenir. Their service attitude is very good👍🏻. We also spent CHF40 per person to buy clips and photos. A highly recommended experience, a must-go.

My 1st experience of Paragliding in this beautiful town of Interlaken was amazing. Lewis was my pilot and he is super friend and experience - safe under his care. He did some tricks up in the air and it was fun!

It was amazing!! I was nervous all the way to the take off point but everything was so smooth sailing! Awesome views and great flight! Very easy to locate the meeting points and we landed right in the middle of Interlaken so no issue with transport at all! The takeoff and landing were also easy, nothing to worry about, no leaping off any form of cliff or any free fall feeling, just a little bit of running and you will be flying!!! :)

Tobi was the best! He takes great pictures and it's a safe flight😃. Even though I don't speak English, he said "Smile☺️" to me, which relieved my tension! All the other staff members are kind. Especially the woman at the reception desk. She greeted me with a smile even though I had various issues and changed the schedule. Everything was the best🇨🇭. Thank you😊🇨🇭✨✨
