Review Guided Day Tour to Jungfraujoch with Cable Car & Cogwheel Train

This tour was the highlight of our visit to Switzerland! Absolutely amazing views and very cool experience! Our tour guide, Gonzalo, was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to our entire group😊. Highly recommend!

Smooth pick up after registration showing the QR code. The bus was empty at first but then filled up by Indians after stopping at Interlaken. There were 2 tour guides one speaking English and the other speaks Mandarin. The toue guides provided tips to spotting the best view when we were in the train. Overall, the tour was well organized. Instructions were clear; the bus ride to and from Zurich was safe and stable.

Get close to the Alps mountain range, walk in the snow and ice, and enjoy the breathtaking views! As a nature lover, this will always be one of my favourite trips in Switzerland! My guides were Sonia and David, and the driver was Antonio. They are very knowledgeable about the places and passionate about sharing with the folks on the trip. I appreciate the energy and the warm welcome. Highly recommend this trip to Jungfraujoch with a hour stop in Interlaken! Thanks for the unforgettable memories!

Annett and Isa are both excellent tour guides, patient in their explanations and very attentive to our needs. Especially Isa, our Chinese-speaking guide, was very funny. Since I was traveling alone, she took great care of me. Throughout the bus ride, she shared many interesting facts and stories about the different cities, as well as her experiences living in Switzerland and many worthwhile attractions. She was very friendly, and I felt lucky to have met her on my first trip to Europe. The weather that day threatened a heavy rain, but I am so grateful that we were able to reach the highest point and see the glacier! Absolutely worth it!

Our tour guide, Weili, was absolutely outstanding and deserves more than a 5-star commendation. Two days before our trip, she contacted us via WeChat with helpful reminders. On the day of the tour, from ensuring comfortable seating on the bus to meticulously looking after us at every attraction, she was incredibly attentive. She even proactively offered to help with photos, demonstrating her exceptional professionalism. Additionally, there was a minor incident on the return journey. Because I was perhaps too enthusiastic, I was targeted by some local staff whom I believe were intentionally trying to bully Chinese people. I hope everything turned out alright in the end.

This tour exceeded our expectations in every way. From the easy 15-minute walk from our Lucerne hotel to the pickup point, to the outstanding guidance provided by Adela and her team, every aspect of the day trip was well-organized and enjoyable. We appreciated the feedback from previous customers regarding altitude sickness, which prompted us to take preventative measures, such as drinking warm herbal teas, to ensure a comfortable journey.

Today's Jungfraujoch day tour was very smooth and convenient, saving us the hassle of figuring out transportation ourselves. We were able to see all the beautiful sights in a limited amount of time. Special thanks to our Chinese tour guide, Min, who gave us tips for enjoying the views, and our English tour guide was also very humorous and engaging. Overall, I highly recommend this experience! 👍
