Recensione di Da Nang - Ba Na Hills Bus

Abbiamo preso i biglietti per Bana Hills e li abbiamo usati per due giorni. Il primo giorno siamo andati in auto (taxi 750 per 5 persone) andata e ritorno. La seconda volta abbiamo deciso di andare in autobus, abbiamo scelto la prima fermata dalle 8:30 alle 16:30. L'autista è stato bravo, ha chiamato chi era in ritardo, quindi non è partito senza di noi. L'autobus aveva l'aria condizionata. Lo consiglio.

Il nostro gruppo è stato molto soddisfatto del servizio fornito dalla vostra azienda. L'autobus era in ottime condizioni, molto pulito e confortevole. L'autista è stato perfettamente puntuale. Grazie.

Our driver is very friendly and drove safely too. Although it was raining really hard. There was couple of section roads that is very bad but our driver drove very slow and careful. It was also easy to find the bus, and Klook really help by texting us where we can find the bus although you can't miss it. It parked right beside the a la carte hotel. When returning also very easy, just look for Klook bus station on the parking lot, you can't miss it, the bus station is painted in orange colour.

Booking this bus was such a smart move. Ba Na Hills is quite far from the city center, and it’s really hard to book a Grab in the area, especially after your visit. The ride was smooth, convenient, and stress-free no need to worry about transport going back. Highly recommended if you want an easy and reliable way to get to Ba Na Hills 👌

Puntuali, efficienti, buon servizio. L'unica cosa è che mi hanno mandato un SMS di promemoria solo il giorno stesso. Un po' rischioso 😂, ma fortunatamente sono riuscito a organizzarmi bene! Grazie mille 😃🙏🏼

저는 개인적으로 그랩을 긴 시간 타고 어딜 가는 것을 별로 좋아하지 않아서 3명이 타면 금액적으로 비슷한 셔틀을 예약했고, 너무 편하게 잘 다녀왔습니다. 출발 전에 카톡 또는 메일로 미리 확인 메시지를 주시고, 정시에 약속한 장소에서 버스를 타고 바로 입구에 내려주셔서 또 다른 셔틀로 갈아탈 필요 없이 잘 이동했습니다. 아이 컨디션이 너무 안좋아서 예약한 시간보다 앞 시간 셔틀로 바꿔줄 수 있는지 문의 드렸는데 너무 친절하게도 자리가 남아있는지 확인해 주신 후 일정 변경 도와주셔서 감사했습니다. 다음에 바나힐을 다시 오게 되면 그 때 꼭 다시 이용하겠습니다. 하나 제안 드리자면 기사님이 가급적 운전 중에는 핸드폰을 하지 않도록 해주시거나 핸즈프리로 통화를 하시면 더 안전하게 이용할 수 있을 것 같습니다. 물론 베트남에서 그랩이나 다른 이동 수단 운전자 대부분이 운전 중 핸드폰 사용을 하기 때문에 이 부분이 셔틀버스가 더 위험하다거나 하지는 않아 보입니다.

The Da Nang to Ba Na Hills bus service was very convenient and well organized. The bus was clean, comfortable, and on time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ride offered beautiful views along the way. It’s an easy and affordable way to reach Ba Na Hills without any hassle. Highly recommended!

Good experience though I wished they used a bigger bus just for more space but can’t complain for the price. Driver was very friendly and approachable. The person who communicated over WhatsApp is more curt.
