Review Da Nang - Ba Na Hills Bus

We bought tickets for Ba Na Hills and used them for two days. The first day, we went by car (taxi 750 for 5 people) round trip. The second time, we decided to visit by bus, choosing the first stop from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The driver was great; he called those who were late, so he won't leave without you. The bus has air conditioning. I recommend it.

Our driver is very friendly and drove safely too. Although it was raining really hard. There was couple of section roads that is very bad but our driver drove very slow and careful. It was also easy to find the bus, and Klook really help by texting us where we can find the bus although you can't miss it. It parked right beside the a la carte hotel. When returning also very easy, just look for Klook bus station on the parking lot, you can't miss it, the bus station is painted in orange colour.

Booking this bus was such a smart move. Ba Na Hills is quite far from the city center, and it’s really hard to book a Grab in the area, especially after your visit. The ride was smooth, convenient, and stress-free no need to worry about transport going back. Highly recommended if you want an easy and reliable way to get to Ba Na Hills 👌

I personally don't like taking long Grab rides, so since there were three of us, I booked a shuttle, which was similar in price, and we had a very comfortable trip. Before departure, they sent a confirmation message via KakaoTalk or email, and the bus picked us up on time at the agreed location and dropped us off right at the entrance, so we didn't need to transfer to another shuttle. My child wasn't feeling well, so I asked if we could switch to an earlier shuttle than our reserved time. They were very kind and checked for available seats, then helped us change our schedule, which I greatly appreciated. If I visit Ba Na Hills again, I will definitely use this service again. One suggestion I have is that it would be safer if the driver could avoid using their phone while driving or use a hands-free device for calls. Of course, most Grab and other transportation drivers in Vietnam use their phones while driving, so this doesn't make the shuttle bus seem any more dangerous.

Good experience though I wished they used a bigger bus just for more space but can’t complain for the price. Driver was very friendly and approachable. The person who communicated over WhatsApp is more curt.
