The boat was crowded during the Lunar New Year, but very orderly. The seafood buffet lunch was also excellent. We visited two islands; the price didn't include the bamboo raft fee, and it didn't seem expensive at all. The Hanoi transfer was in a luxury minibus with a massage function and charging ports—remember to bring your own cable. Pick-up was at 7 AM, and we returned to the Grand Theatre between 8 and 8:30 PM. You can contact KKDay staff via WeChat.
