When we arrived earlier, we were allocated at an earlier time slot since there's space, that's great for us.
Overall, we had a great time, it was definitely a magical and memorable experience, the movie set with the meticulous details that brings the story alive, definitely worth going.
There was free beer at the green dragon, our guide was friendly and welcoming, she explained well and she also helped us to take pictures.

Such an amazing experience exploring Hobbiton! Our guide, Tenille, was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun stories about the movies and the set. The level of detail in the sets is incredible, and the highlight was stepping inside the life-size Hobbit house — every corner was so charming and perfect for photos.
It was so much fun wandering around, touching and exploring the little details that bring the Shire to life. The tour finished perfectly with a drink at the Green Dragon Tavern, which felt straight out of the films.
An absolute must-do experience on the North Island — whether you’re a huge LOTR fan or just love beautiful scenery and movie magic!

My family and I love the tour in overall. our tour guide, she was so professional and friendly (8:10 am 7/12). we are blessed with the good nice weather. i recommend to go in the morning, as it’s not that hot during summer.
