Initially, I wanted to buy tickets through the bus company's official website or directly at the station, but I later found it a bit inconvenient and was worried about seats selling out. So, I ended up booking directly through Klook.
It's very convenient to select seats online, and there's no need to exchange tickets. Before boarding, your phone will even show you which platform to wait at. About 10 minutes before departure, you can just scan your ticket and board. I would definitely book tickets this way again!

The seats themselves have a lot of features, but the best part is that you can recline 'almost' flat, similar to sitting in a massage chair. There are three seats in a row, and if you have two adjacent seats, there's a curtain you can use for privacy.
Even though it was a bit bumpy, I was still able to sleep. There's a rest stop in the middle where the lights are turned on. The journey from Busan to Seoul takes less than four hours. I would recommend this to anyone looking to save on travel expenses and who can easily fall asleep!
