More than sixty masterpieces by Picasso will be on loan from Musée national Picasso-Paris (MnPP), which holds the largest and most significant repository of Picasso’s works in the world. I thoroughly enjoyed both the permanent collection and the special exhibitions. The ability to see contemporary Asian art is a major advantage. Currently, a solo exhibition by artist Lee Bul is underway. You can also see works by Korean artists such as Kimsooja and Nam June Paik. The views of the West Kowloon Cultural District and Victoria Harbour through the large glass windows are a highlight in themselves. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which showed great attention to detail. There are food trucks nearby, so it would be a good idea to grab lunch or dinner after seeing the exhibition. (I also visited the adjacent Hong Kong Palace Museum and saw the Egyptian exhibition.)

The exhibition hall was easy to find. We arrived at M+ about 15 minutes early and were able to enter the exhibition about five minutes ahead of schedule. The staff were very friendly and helped us scan our e-tickets. We went in around noon, and it wasn't very crowded, so we didn't have to wait long to get in. The overall exhibition experience was excellent, and we had a great time. After we finished, we could go to the cafe and restaurant on level B1 to eat, which was very convenient!

I went to M+ on Friday. It was a rare moment of leisure and tranquility. I had visited about 6 months ago, and this time, the exhibition halls featured many new international-level exhibits, which were truly worth seeing. After walking for two or three hours, I bought souvenirs at the gift shop and enjoyed an affogato at the coffee shop. I thoroughly enjoyed the day!

The M+ Museum is an outstanding cultural destination that offers a modern, inspiring, and thoughtfully curated experience. The architecture itself is striking, creating an impressive space that complements the innovative exhibitions inside. The galleries showcase a diverse range of visual art, design, architecture, and moving images, allowing visitors to explore creativity from both local and international perspectives. Sadly, as I wasn't feeling well during the visit, I missed to explore the entire areas. Please note that all outside food must be placed inside your bag, even if it is properly sealed.

Epic modern art collections and a waterfront space that's as much an architectural marvel as a museum. I spent a good 5 hours there, walking slowly and taking in the different spaces in M+. A must-visit for art lovers. The rooftop garden offers a breathtaking view of Hong Kong skyline and a perfect place to relax. I find the gift shop interesting as well. If there is time, check out the food trucks near the museum and enjoy a drink by the promenade. there is also a ferry that you can take to Central.

The newly opened "Design Ah!" exhibition is intersting and fun for adults and kids alike. We went in the morning and it was not too crowded. However, in the afternoon, we saw a long queue just to get in. I wish they would sell tickets for individual exhibitions separately. With a kid in tow, we only managed to visit two exhibitions quickly.

All artworks were wonderful. Modern China can give a very stronge influence to the world, especially arts. Many talented Chinese absorbed the Western skills and concepts of Arts, together with the traditional Western power and Japanese elites. All showed off in M+.

Great museum! the collection was really fun to walk trough. With some interactive parts that you could explore with your shoes off. And some art you can just view. The building itself looks amazing as well with a nice view of victoria harbour. I would recommend, and take a bit more time then I did. we went for 1,5 hours but had to rush it.

I went for Lee Bul's special exhibition, and it was absolutely brilliant. The themes were well-connected, and the exhibition's design was fantastic, making it very much worth a visit. However, due to the summer holidays, it was a bit crowded. It would probably be less busy on a weekday morning.

Always love visiting this place when I'm in HK. Such a great collection of interesting art in a beautifully designed building. Worth paying extra for special exhibitions of they are of interest to you: the two I've been to have been in interesting and well curated. Klook makes it really easy: just show the QR code from your booking.
