現地に着いてSIMを切り替えたけど使えませんでした。kkdayに問い合わせると業者に画面のスクショをLINEしろと言われたのでLINEしましたが応答なしでとても困りました。13:26に連絡して、結局返信が来たのが19:56。その7分後に「チャットは一度クローズいたしますが、ご連絡いただければ再度対応させていただきます。お手隙の際に、ご確認・ご連絡をお願いいたします。」と一方的に終了させられました。出かけていたのでホテルに戻ってからLINEを確認したのが20時過ぎくらいです。現地に着いて使えないなんで無意味だし、返信遅すぎる上にこちらの返信は待たずに会話を終わらせるとは何事かと思いました。
使えないのはAPNが間違っているんだろうと予測していたので、正しいAPNだけ教えてくれたらすぐに使えたのに。それだけの返信がなぜ出来ないのか。Wi-Fi使ってAPNを検索しまくりました。
kkdayのヘルプセンターの人も業者の返信をお待ちくださいとしか言わないし。ネットに詳しいわけでもないただの仲介役みたいでした。少しは商品知識を持って売った方がいいですよ。お金返してほしいです。
