ease of booking on Klook: easy peasy but there's no separate price for adult and kids even when I booked in Taipei Zoo
experience: My kids totally enjoyed it and learned a lot! There’s so much to do and explore—we were amazed! The place looks big, but it’s actually not, so I didn’t stress about looking for my kids while they were roaming around. There are also many guards everywhere, so I felt secure. I really appreciate the slides outside, especially with two guards at the gate. There's just some screens that wasn't working like the microscopic thing and other stuff so I hope they'll fix it soon.

We really enjoyed our experience there. Both the kids and the adults who I took with me seemed to enjoy themselves. I think the only downside of our trip yesterday was that interactive phones did not work. Maybe that's just for me though. But overall, everything was good, and the exhibits were both interactive and informative. The staff were also nice and seemed happy to help.
