omg, one must come with family , buy the tickets from Klook is always a great idea , 1-2 lockers are more then good enough for 4 people to save some money , don’t forget the Choclate drink in the end & Timly penguin show !! bring your own gloves would be better & wear the inner warmer is good choice !!

It was a very authentic snow experience and loved the photo opportunities. The size of the enclosure was huge and the gear they provide was able to keep me warm. The hot chocolate was so delicious. Only downside is they had closes off part with the Santa village for people who didn't buy the Santa experience. Don't miss the penguin show as it is a very rare opportunity to see penguins so up close.

Mall of the Emirates Ski Dubai 2024-12-28 (Saturday) ==Ticket purchase tips== This time, the ski super pass + signature hot chocolate is cheaper to buy online, the price is NT2167, and the Penguin Encounter (close-up penguins and taking photos) is only 100 dirhams (the official website price is 230 dirhams). ==Interact with penguins up close== In the first area, the white-browed penguin is introduced. When taking photos, it will open its wings, as if extending a polite hand to take a photo with you. In the second area, you can touch the emperor penguin. The guide said that because the emperor penguin is relatively quiet (quite~), it should be because it is less aggressive. The feathers on the emperor penguin's head are soft, and the feathers on the body are hard and waterproof. Although the penguin looks clean, your hands will feel a little sticky after touching it, and it also smells a bit like wild animals, which is a bit unexpected~ You can't bring a camera or mobile phone into the penguin house. You can only buy official photos, which cost 160 dirhams each. I bought three tickets, which were super expensive, but they were really hard to come by! ==Gear Suggestions== The ticket price includes: locker, jacket, pants, disposable socks (I didn't get them), snow boots, free wool gloves (you have to go to the store to get them first). Helmets are only provided for children under 13 years old, but not for adults. Knitted hats are not provided in the venue, so it is recommended to bring your own. It costs 75 dirhams to buy them on site. It is really important to wear a mask, as it is very cold indoors, otherwise you will be almost frozen after two hours! ==Hot Chocolate and Penguin SHOW== The ticket price includes a free cup of signature hot chocolate, which is rich and warm. There is a penguin show in the afternoon. Drink while watching the penguins running on their short legs to imitate the ninja run, which is super funny! Penguin show video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8SAucMxM_A ==Little regret== 2 hours on the slope (snowboarders/skiers must be intermediate 2 to experience the slope), no chance to play at all, I really want to experience snowboarding~ (and then fall flat on my face~) There were too many people during the Christmas holidays, so I bought an all-day unlimited pass and could play freely in the facilities, but the queues were too tiring, so I left after playing once~ For me, just watching the penguin show, touching the penguins and drinking hot chocolate is worth the price of the ticket!

ease of booking on Klook: 10/10. Snow Skiing was the final activity of our holiday, and it truly gave us the perfect ending. It felt like we left a piece of our hearts there. It was the best possible day before heading home. Despite the freezing cold and being fully layered in thermal wear, we had so much fun. The cold didn’t stop us at all it only made the experience more memorable. My son absolutely loved every moment. We spent a solid 3–4 hours enjoying the activities without feeling rushed. The Snow Tubing, Flying Fox, and all the other attractions were incredibly fun and totally worth it. This experience brought us so much laughter, joy, and bonding time. I would 100% do this again if I ever return to Dubai. Truly great value for money and a beautiful way to close our trip.

It is a large ice amusement park. The plan I bought allows you to ski or zipline twice, and you can repeat all other facilities and activities. There are a lot of kids because it’s really fun. I happened to see penguins coming out to say hello.

It was fun going to ski Dubai , must go activity and not very big queues on weekdays, rides are there plus you can see penguins also , zip line and mountain thriller was good

SKI DUBAI is a must visit place if you plan to Visit Dubai ! It shows another creation of Human mind & Technology wherein the Hot Country like Dubai has made a Whole Place filled with Snow & Snow activities. It was actually Thrilling Adventure. Thank you Klook 😊

Ski Dubai is an absolute must-visit! The experience of skiing and snowboarding in the middle of the desert is nothing short of magical. The facility is well-maintained, and the snow is perfect for both beginners and experienced skiers.
