They were very dependable. They texted me a day before and introduced themselves. Leave me a contact number in case I had problem. I arrived at first and I could not find them. I called and as promised they were there.

Fast as well and saved me a lot of time from queuing. Whole process took about 10 - 15 minutes. It just so happens that immigration had a crew change otherwise would have been faster. Overall, worth paying and I am satisfied

when I ordered this service I was confused by the lack of information about where we actually meet the representative.
However by giving them my WhatsApp they contacted me well before my flight to give me directions and just ask me to take a photo of where I was in the airport.
they just came and met me and got me through immigration in less than 5 mins
i paid for another company when I entered and it was double the price so very happy with this service
