Review Phillip Island Nature and Penguin Parade Exploration Tour

Firsth we go to Koala conservation reserve,2hours from city.Stay 1hr,its enough if only see koala, walk straight to koala board walk.
Next is cowes, enjoy the beach picnic view. Better took a picnic bag full of food for lunch, so you can enjoy the beach. We just have time 1 hours, and no fast food restaurant. Take 40min to order and get the food from reg restaurant.
Next stop is nobbies center. Beach view with rock and bridge. Nice place to take a lot of photo,stop just 15min,So be quick.
Then we go to Nature park to see pingguin parade. Firsth we buy some philip island souvenir. Then we went to boardbwalk, take a seat. Waiting for sunset and pingguin. Around 8to9pm one by one little pingguin slowly walk to the shore with the big tummy.
Then we walk along the board back to main building. Throughout the board walk we can saw lot of little pingguin walking back to the nest in the sand. So dont be hurry.

The small bus tour was brilliant from start to finish, with great stories, sharp jokes, easy conversation and some of the best travel photography spots along the way.

The day covered Puffing Billy and the Phillip Island Penguin Parade, but what made it stand out was how Terry ran everything. Tight ship, smooth timing, no stress, and the whole trip moved like clockwork without feeling rushed.

Highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants a fun, well-organised and memorable day out. Keep your fingers crossed that you'll get Terry!

amazing tour. Hugh is a good translator, good tourguide, looks after the participants. places visited are magnificent. 10/10 will avail the optional tour again. saw a mommy koala craddling her baby while both are sleeping. all in all worth it. was able to feed the kangaroos. kangaroos are free and has a designated refuge area thus they are well treated. all kangaroo sizes are present and bonded with us

one of the best tours I’ve had. Luke was the driver and tour guide. He was highly knowledgeable and fantastic. I wish I had a few more days in Melbourne to book Luke for another tour. The tour (itinerary) itself was amazing and Luke made it even more memorable. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about how great the experience was. we started off at the Moonlit Sanctuary and fed wallabies/kangaroos. The highlight was spotting the wild wallaby as we drove to the penguins. The best part was seeing the little penguins come up from the beach and waddle up into the grass. the gift shop was great too. It was a sunny day but definitely windy. the gift shop had great embrodied jumpers and zip ups as well as blankets to purchase. I love the penguin parade. Great thank you to Luke for making it so fun too. We listened to his playlist and he sang.

I really enjoyed this tour and appreciated how much effort Matt put into making the experience fun and informative. He shared lots of interesting information about Melbourne and Phillip Island, plus gave plenty of helpful recommendations before the tour ended.
The itinerary was well-planned, and we had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Matt even managed to squeeze in some extra spots so we could see kangaroos, wallabies, and other animals along the way. The Puffing Billy Railway ride was a nice experience, the views at The Nobbies during sunset were absolutely beautiful, and the little penguins were incredibly cute!! 😄

Even though it rained the whole day and the Nobbies was closed, the tour was still amazing! Puffing Billy through the forest was a unique experience, Brighton Beach was still a vibe, and the penguin parade at Phillip Island made it all worth it. Everything was well-organized

Fantastic day tour with Matthew—funny, knowledgeable, and caring. Puffing Billy steam train was sadly cut short by a fallen tree, but the charm remained. Stevenson Falls, wild zoo, and watching penguins return home made it a truly memorable experience.

It was an amazing experience. We visited the Moonlight Sanctuary, where we saw all sorts of Australian animals. After that, we went to the beach to see the penguins. It was breathtaking. Bob, our guide, was very patient and funny, making the entire trip very enjoyable.

Not my first time, but still loved the Puffing Billy ride. Lorraine was always ensuring we get a good quality out of the tour, like arriving Philip Island early to get the best spot, and taking the better route to let us see the wildlife. Totally recommended. The only minor improvement would be the waiting time. The whole bus was waiting for another traveller for more than 15 mins during the pick up. Would have been better if a waiting time threshold was set for that, to not waste other travellers’ precious time, and who came on time.
