Product: 【Summer Deal - Buy 1 Get 1 Free】120 min Single Admission Ticket (1A1C)
It was my older son's birthday, and I originally planned to use a birthday discount. However, they had a buy-one-get-one-free Easter promotion, which was an even better deal. The venue isn't huge, but it's clean. I've been to other playhouses where my socks turned black after playing, but that wasn't an issue here. Both of my sons had a great time.

Product: Super Annual Pass | All access to all 5 outlets
Very good indoor playhouse.
Facilities: Many types, special styles. My son's favorite are the large kitchen, trampoline basketball, and driving the train. Mom's favorite is the large claw machine, and Dad's favorite is the flashing LEGOs.
Price: A little expensive, but worth a try.
Service: Very good. Many staff members are on-site to remind children to pay attention to safety and are friendly.

Product: 60 mins Single Admission Ticket (1 Adult and 1 Child)
Experience: I came on a Wednesday afternoon, and there was no waiting for any of the facilities. Compared to the branch in Tseung Kwan O Central, this Sha Tin location is larger and suitable for both adults and children.

Product: 60 mins Single Admission Ticket (1 Adult and 1 Child)
Easy to book and QR code received almost instantly. Discounted price as well if book via klook. Hassle free and skip the queue. They required all participants to wear anti slip socks so do remember to bring a pair, otherwise you may also choose to buy it at the counter.

Product: 60 mins Single Admission Ticket (1 Adult and 1 Child)
Convenience of booking with Klook: It's very convenient to buy and use admission tickets instantly with Klook.
Facilities: Ball pit, slides, trampoline for basketball, inflatable beds, etc... In short, it's enough to tire out the kids.
Experience: It's bright and clean, and there are many staff members on site. The kids didn't want to leave, and even after we left, they kept talking about how much fun they had.
Service: The wristband clearly states the departure time, and staff members make announcements to remind guests when it's time to leave. So even if you don't have a watch or phone, you don't have to worry about not knowing the time. This reminder service is quite good.

Product: Additional Adult/Teenager 60 mins or 120 mins Single Admission Ticket
More crowded than I expected when I arrived before 12 PM on Sunday! Maybe because there's a discount if you enter before noon! I visited about two years ago, and some of the games have been updated. Everything felt clean! This is a great indoor spot for the summer, with convenient transportation. I would go again if I have time!

The bouncy castle facilities have been replaced with new ones, and the balls in the ball pool have also been replaced. The cleanliness is also satisfactory. It's just that it's more crowded during holidays.
