Review Cotai Water Jet Ferry Ticket between Hong Kong and Macau

Great! As long as you arrived earlier for your departure, you may board the existing ferry immediately without the need to wait for your initial purchased ferry ride. Need passport for clearance of abt 15mins during off peak. Seatings are allocated on site. Luggages will be stored nearer to your seating areas at the storage compartments. So no worries on that! No extra costs too.

Very convenient! Staffs are helpful. my ride is like 5:30pm and I requested if I can get on to an earlier ride and they did help me right away. I ride is so cozy. I didn’t even feel that we’re moving already.

This has definitely been the most memorable and enjoyable trip. In addition to the tickets being extremely easy to redeem, the staff on the ferry were especially professional, helpful, and courteous. They were very patient, understanding and eager to assist in the best possible manner. I’m also really pleased to see that the ferry has been decorated to celebrate Christmas. I will definitely use Klook’s service and take Cotai Jet again :)

This is economical and the good pricing of the promo makes it even better. seats were very comfortable. Terminal is close to the hotel shuttles as photographed in the last photo. overall, good experience and good value for money.

It was easy to redeem our tickets. Once you’re at the terminal, just follow the signage to clear checkpoints before hopping on the ferry. You’ll be assigned your seats just before boarding. The ferry takes about an hour, and once you’re in Macau, clear the checkpoints and there’s plenty of buses right outside the terminal. Taxis are available too.

It was fun taking the cruise, especially the first class. It was fast and quiet.
I would take it again, especially the first class where you board and disembark first.

The Cotai Water Jet is a great experience. The seats are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for luggage at the back of the cabin. The staff are professional and help ensure everyone is seated quickly for an on-time departure. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the vessel. Being able to see the Hong Kong skyline fade away and the Macau skyline appear is a highlight. A very reliable and comfortable service that I would use again.

trip to Macau started nicely with the Cotai Water Jet Ferry! clean, smooth! we were early, but it was no problem, we could even take an earlier ferry! great way to start a holiday!
