My overall experience at Shanghai Disneyland this time was really great. The park was bigger than I expected, and the atmosphere was incredibly immersive; as soon as you enter, you truly feel like you've stepped into a fairy tale world. The park's cleanliness was very well maintained, and the staff were all very friendly. Even with large crowds, the experience was still quite comfortable. 😍
I found the attractions to be very unique, especially TRON Lightcycle Power Run, which is an absolute must-do. The sense of speed and immersion are both incredibly strong, making you want to queue up again right after! Pirates of the Caribbean was also surprisingly amazing, completely different from the Disney pirate rides I remembered. The special effects and scenery were outstanding, giving you the feeling of watching a movie. 🎬 The evening fireworks show is also well worth seeing; combined with the castle projection, it's truly beautiful and creates a wonderful atmosphere. ~
However, the wait times for popular attractions can be quite long. I recommend arriving early or considering purchasing a FastPass if needed, which will make your visit much more relaxed. 😆 Food prices within the park are on the higher side, but there's a good variety of options, and the Disney-exclusive themed food is adorable and perfect for photos. 🤳
Overall, I think Shanghai Disneyland is definitely worth a visit. It's suitable for friends, family, or couples, and everything from the rides to the park's atmosphere is incredibly well-executed. It's a park that makes you want to return again and again. 🎢

I booked tickets for Monday, March 30, 2026. The rides didn't have long lines, only about 60 minutes. You need to download the Disney Resort app, then create an account using your phone number and log in. After purchasing tickets on Klook, enter the ID NUMBER into the app. On the day of your visit, simply present your passport. To redeem your food and drink vouchers, scan the QR CODE on the back of your physical ticket under Me - My coupons - Go to coupon center - Scan to get coupon. You must do this for them to allow you to exchange for food and drinks.

Loved Shanghai Disneyland! Visited during Easter time so there were lots of cute Disney-themed easter egg structures everywhere. Rides times were manageable, max wait time was around 40min. Went for 2.5days and we managed to do all rides and shows, including Mickey's Storybook Express 4x and Frozen sing-a-long 2x! The zodiac wall is super cute, don't miss it.

Despite the forecasted thunderstorms, the weather held up for us until the fireworks (we had a modified show and were drenched by the end of it). There were fewer people than expected, so wait times were no longer than 30 minutes (except for Zootopia, but the wait was totally worth it!). Visuals were stunning, and the shows and parade were so energetic and fun! Many rides were suitable for all ages, with our favourites being Tron, Zootopia, Rex Racer and Pirates of the Carribean. (Did you know that for the 10 year anniversary, the tickets form a puzzle when assembled correctly?)

Shanghai Disneyland is truly the largest Disneyland I’ve visited. The park is incredibly spacious, so the best way to explore is by using the map app to navigate efficiently. There were also a lot of people, so make sure to bring patience for the long lines.
My favorite ride was Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure, followed by Soaring Over the Horizon. The ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration was absolutely beautiful and the perfect way to end the day.
Overall, it made me feel like a child again.

Had an enjoyable day at Shanghai Disneyland. If you are going without any kid, one day is enough to play most “adult” rides.
However, do take note that you won’t be getting any e-ticket after payment through Klook. You have to bring your registered document to collect the physical ticket at the park, after the security clearance. This means you will not be able to link your ticket to your SH Disney app beforehand to purchase Early Entrance pass etc. Luckily for us, it wasn’t too crowded today so we still get to enjoy the attractions like Zootopia and Tron.

Wow, what an amazing couple of days! Very impressed by how clean the park was, all staff were very friendly and happy. Achieved everything we wanted to do during the two days, could of squeezed this into one but felt nice to not rush around and could take in the beautiful park, themed areas and rides over the two days. Had food at multiple locations, all was reasonable and tasted delicious, some items were character themed which was awesome. Booking the tickets was very easy and linking them to the Disney App was easy! Would love to return back to Disney Shanghai one day!

Indeed, it is the happiest place on earth. Buying the ticket in Klook let you skip the hassle of buying it onsite and let you immediately line up to get inside the park. I had the best time exploring the park, completing my magic passport stamps, watching the parades, meet&greet some disney characters, and of course, getting mesmerized by the beautiful Illuminate (fireworks). and it’s Christmas vibe in the park too. Expect for many visitors especially during the weekend. I went on a Thursday, the line at the shops and rides were long. and make sure to download Disneyland App to get more information on rides and shows waiting time, and to guide you in getting around the park.
