Didn’t know that you have to exchange for the real ticket at the office first before queuing. Luckily the lady let me in instead of asking me to queue on my time slot again. Otherwise nice small museum with other old sculptures and musical instruments.

Well worth it, one of the most incredible things you will ever see. Highly recommend the guided tour. Guide was knowledgeable and spending so much time in the room with the David lets you fully soak in the moment.

Before entering, please go to the visitor center across the street to redeem your admission ticket. Then, wait for staff instructions to join the queue for your reserved time slot and enter. There are many exhibits to admire, but of course, the most noteworthy is the David statue. It's worth entering to see it in person.

Buying skip-the-line tickets in advance really saves a lot of waiting time, and it helps prevent heatstroke since the outdoor queuing area can be very hot! You just need to arrive 15 minutes early at the counter across from the museum to exchange your tickets, then join the designated queue. Seeing the magnificent and spectacular David statue in person is a must-do when visiting Florence.

Seeing Michelangelo's David made our trip to Florence perfect. We bought tickets on Klook, and when it was time, we just walked to ticket office #51 across from the Accademia Gallery to exchange our vouchers and entered directly. It was very convenient.

The museum isn't very large, and while the main highlights are essentially David and the other statues, it's still quite impressive! The ticket purchase and exchange process itself is very simple; just present your QR code voucher at the ticket counter 15-20 minutes in advance to exchange it for a physical ticket. Entry was also quick; we got in within about 20 minutes after our 3:15 PM scheduled time.

These tickets were more expensive than the direct ones but turned out very worth it because I decided to change out visit day meant we could get a refund. We booked again for the very next day and we were still about to get in for the 8:15 - 8:30 time slot which was no longer available on the official website.
