16人座是10個人的座位 車子新穎舒適 雖然比grab貴了點 但至少安全方便

The staff were very friendly, the service was quick, and the customs clearance was fast. Everything was great and very worthwhile.

Very convenient to use, the driver was polite, and the car was clean. I will order again.

The driver drove me safely and delivered me right to my hotel. The car was clean and met my expectations. I would like to use this service again.

The experience was alright. I think the vehicle size selection should specify how many people and luggage a vehicle can carry, making the purchase process easier. Although they could help arrange an emergency vehicle on-site, it required an extra fee, which wasn't ideal. The only downside was that when filling out the form, for a 7-seater vehicle with 5 people and 5 pieces of luggage, all five names had to be listed. I even asked if 5 people and 5 pieces of luggage was acceptable, but received no response until I arrived on-site where they told me it was impossible. Although they arranged an emergency vehicle, I was still quite unhappy at the time.

On the way back, the driver even went out of his way to bring our child's hat back because the child had left it in the car. We are very grateful to driver Hao Thien; and also to our contact person Hong Diep for helping us contact the driver. Thank you both.

搭車地點明確，而且有事先訊息聯絡搭車點。司機和善幫忙下行李，而且車子也很乾淨又新，整體體驗是良好的。
