the voucher need to be exchanged for actual ticket, where they will assign you bus number. it's easy to find the kiosk and there would be staf helping you there. you can reach here by taking monorail to Bukit Bintang station. the bus were going through several landmarks in KL for 2 hours, so get your camera ready.

This is a must try activity when you go yo Kuala Lumpur. You really have to allot 2 hours of your time for the hop on hop off bus. It’s much more beautiful at night 😍 You can just sit down, appreciate the view and listen to the explanation of the tour guide about each spots while the bus is moving. I recommend you to sit on the top for the best experience! 😍❤️The area where you claim the physical tickets is easy to find. Come early so you’ll be the first in line and you can be able to choose your seat as the seats are first come first serve basis. Enjoy! 👌🏼

If you don't have a raincoat, you can purchase one on the spot from the service desk for RM10. Also, if you want an upper-deck seat, it's best to arrive early to reserve your spot, though most seats are on the upper deck anyway, with only a few downstairs. A great part of this experience is when you pass the KL Tower; it lights up with different colors, making it feel like a special welcome for us tourists. Additionally, when passing the National Palace, we were allowed to get off for 10 minutes to take photos up close. The National Palace at night has a different, more solemn and majestic feel. The grand finale is passing the KLCC Twin Towers, where the bus slows down specifically to allow everyone to take plenty of pictures. This experience was truly fantastic, and I highly recommend doing it again on a future visit. Price: A very cost-effective way to see the beauty of Kuala Lumpur.
