had a blast at escape! we went on saturday at the end of long leave and so there was not that much of a crowd. the engagement from all the employees were really great and all of them are really friendly and helpful. overall great experience, good job escape penang team 💯

Have a whole day of fun with my 10yr old. We went on weekday and local school vacation has not start so there wasn't much queue. Take note that for Monkey Business activity, there is no turning back so be sure and confident that you can complete before you even begin. A lady was literally crying and screaming throughout the course. Go early at 10am and start with the Longest Zip Coaster before the crowd comes in. Complete the day with a dinner at Batu Ferringhi and fire show.

Facilities: This place is so much fun! Even if you don't want to get in the water, there's no need to worry! Highly recommended. Just remember to apply plenty of sunscreen.
Wait times: We were so lucky this time; it was a Saturday, but there were hardly any people? We barely had to wait in line for anything. Visited on 4/4/2026.

Such an enjoyable experience at Escape, where the attendants were very professional, including several such as Naren, Ram. They were helpful, always encouraging scaredy-cats like me to participate in the activities. First time my family and I were there. Equipment was well maintained and I was attended to immediately by an MO for a scrape. Will we be back? definitely!

When purchasing the voucher, you need to send a photo of your face in advance. This is for facial recognition upon arrival, which allowed for smooth entry. Marine shoes are required for the attractions inside; sports sandals are not permitted. I ended up purchasing marine shoes there. There were no additional charges for the attractions within the facility, and we enjoyed various activities such as a pool with slides and a long, 1,111-meter slide accessed by a gondola. When renting a coin locker, I had to enter a phone number, and I panicked because I had entered it incorrectly. Fortunately, I was able to find the mistakenly registered number on my own, but it might be reassuring to take a photo during registration. We were also able to eat inside the facility, and we had a great time. Facility: Excellent

Overall it’s worth the visit! The rides were great and we had a fabulous family time together. We were lucky to be blessed with quite a good weather, not hot and windy. But sunblock is still essential as most areas are open, hardly sheltered. Booking via Klook was easy. Just ensure to download personal pic before arrival for smooth entry. Personal advice- it’s a MUST to have mosquitoes repellent with you! There’s really quite a lot of mosquitoes, we got ourselves bitten and I spotted many other visitors were also facing the same issue.

The most unforgettable part for me was Monkey Business Level 2—a dialogue with fear itself, and a test of willpower.
Alone, I moved between ropes and planks suspended several meters above the ground. The wind swept beneath my feet, and my heartbeat echoed in my ears. Worth for money.

This was the most fun and memorable place during our 9-night, 10-day family trip to Malaysia. The kids loved it, and there's plenty for adults to enjoy as well. You'll need to bring your own towels. There are paid lockers available (17 Ringgit) that accept card payments; one locker is large enough to store clothes and belongings for a family of four. It's definitely worth the price, so be sure to visit if you have the chance. We drove our rental car and had no problems with the large, free parking lot.
