There was a long line inside the building before entering the escalator that takes you to the actual observatory tower. But the wait was totally worth it. There are so many points to capture great photos-from the escalator to the first floor of the tower and to the top. The view is breathtaking, especially at night time with all the bright city lights below. It’s amazing to see Osaka from another perspective. If you want to purchase the engraved heart locks, buy them here on this app because they won’t sell it to you in person. Must be online. I would also recommend going on a clear day. I booked this months in advance and was lucky that it was the only clear day of the rainy week. We went to a different observatory in Tokyo on a cloudy night and couldn’t see a thing.

Easy access to Umeda Sky Building. There is a long line for the elevator but they have handled it very well. took about 15-25mins waiting. But once you are on top, the Osaka skyline is so good! we had catch it on a sunset and it is wonderful! had a good matcha drink also. Thank you Klook!

Super easy process when checking in and the view was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helped to take pictures of us. There are also elevators that allow you to go directly down from the very top of the building. Super worth it!

highly recommend this location to go to after dark so the sky is lit up. it’s an easy walk from the local train station and you can stop for dinner on the way back to the train at one of the many restaurants nearby. The views are spectacular the ride up the tower in the clear sided elevator are incredible. excellent cheap activity suitable for all ages.

Highly recommended if you're going to Osaka. The pass with the Klook QR code works without any problems and is super easy to access. The lines are a bit long, but they move super fast because there are only two elevators. I recommend going in the afternoon to see the sunset. Remember that it gets dark around 5 pm, so go with enough time to get up there. The time is unlimited once you're up there, and there are good drinks. The photos are super beautiful, an excellent sunset spot in Japan.

The Umeda Sky Building is such a cool spot to catch one of the best views in Osaka! The Floating Garden Observatory gives you a 360 view of the city, and it’s especially gorgeous at sunset when the sky turns golden. The escalators that connect the towers are also super scenic.

amazing views and gives you a better understanding of the size and beauty of Osaka . the escalator ride from the 35th floor and experience in itself . the observation deck you can have a seat , have a feed ( we had Takayaki and a few sundaes ) if you want to and absorb the view . might seem like a lot of time to wait when you first get there , we were in the lift heading up in about 20mins . you then stay up on the 40th floor plus as long as you’d like . amazing building . a must do for those new to Osaka for around $40 for 2 adults.
