I bought a pass because I have an elementary school-aged child, and when I got there, I realized how lucky I was to have bought it. The lines were incredibly long, especially for the Nintendo area and the Donkey Kong's Crazy Cart ride. It was so hot during the day that waiting would have been unbearable. I accidentally took the wrong subway in the morning, so I couldn't do an open run anyway. If you're not confident, definitely buy the pass. You're essentially buying time with money, saving your energy, and then using that energy to enjoy yourself. Haha. The Harry Potter zone is also incredibly well done, and the Forbidden Journey ride is truly moving. I've definitely caught the 'rides are on another level' bug!

an amazing experience. if you can afford the price express pass 8, get it for sure. exactly 2 months out from day of visit. we went on pretty much everything and waited no longer than 15mins in any line. It meant with a young child we had there was no long waits that may have potentially tainted an overall perfect experience. a bit of a tip- we went straight to Jurassic park and did the flying dinosaur without express because the lines hadn’t started to get busy, so we then were able to see jaws with the express pass later. it was in our sons words, the best day of his life so far. totally worth it.

the express pass is a definite NEED for USJ in my opinion. there is so much to try and explore, a 1 day pass might not even be enough to complete all the rides in USJ. maybe getting a pass 7 isn’t the best idea either as we found ourselves barely having any time to grab a snack or venture around the area. unfortunately, my experience in USJ was not the best as it was raining the entire day on 15 april, the bad weathed led to 2 of the most exciting rides being closed down (minecart madness & the flying dinosaur). the staff in USJ compensated us with 2 express tickets each that we could use on selected rides. additionally, some of the queuing systems in the USJ rides can be confusing, after entering the express pass lane, the queue will be merged into 1 big queue with the rest of the part visitors that do not have an express pass. i feel that, it was quite confusing and unfair for people who have paid extra for express passess. overall, i feel that getting an express pass is worth it.

Totally worth every penny. Universal Studios Japan was a magical experience that I'll take with me for the rest of my life. I was able to do ALL of the Super Nintendo attractions, plus The Flying Dinosaur, and several others. I focused on the timed entries first. Then, I went and got the rides that can be joined at anytime, and chose to get night rides for those, just to maximize the experience. The Flying Dinosaur is a different beast at night. There were other rides I got on that were not on the Express Pass, but for those, I utilized the Single Rider line, and managed to get them all! Over all, it was a magical, fun-filled day at the park that I'll never ever forget. Also got props from the Japanese for my Mario drip. Donkey Kong Country's Minecart Madness prob has the longest standby time without the pass, so it's worth it even just for that ride alone. 240min without! On a MONDAY, mind you. I got on in about 30 min with the pass. Buying through Klook you will get the timed entries

Buying the Express Pass 8 was so worth it! My husband and I enjoyed our day not queueing up in long lines and we went on all the rides we wanted to go to. It’s pricey but it’s worth every cent if you don’t want to waste time waiting.

I highly recommend purchasing an Express Pass for Universal Studios. It saves a lot of time waiting in lines and allows you to experience more attractions. Specifically, I most recommend Express Pass 4: Minecart & JAWS, as it offers the best value! With this pass, we successfully rode the most popular attractions in the shortest amount of time: Mario Kart: Koopa's Challenge, Donkey Kong's Mine Cart Madness, Jurassic Park The Ride, and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey. With the extra time, we also enjoyed Hollywood Dream The Ride, The Flying Dinosaur, Space Fantasy The Ride, Jaws, and watched two shows: WaterWorld and Universal Monsters Live Rock and Roll Show. In total, we experienced 10 attractions! Without an Express Pass, it would be absolutely impossible to experience so many attractions and shows in one day. So, if you don't want to waste time waiting in line and want to make the most of your day, I strongly recommend buying an Express Pass – it's definitely worth it!

Buying the Express Pass is really much more convenient. On Friday, January 30th, we went to Universal Studios, and for Mario Kart, Forbidden Journey, and Minion Mayhem, there was almost no waiting; we could just go straight in and play. Only Donkey Kong still required a 20-30 minute wait, but that was already very smooth. I'm really glad we bought the Express Pass. On that day, you didn't need to get a ticket to enter the Mario area; you could enter and exit freely all day. After 3 pm, there were no lines at the restaurants in the evening, and the Power-Up Band challenges were also very smooth with almost no waiting. Around 7 pm, maybe because it was cold, there were very few people, and there were no lines for Mario Kart or Yoshi, so we could play again. The Minion area was also walk-on. In the morning, while everyone was in the Mario area, we played Flight of the Hippogriff and Jaws, and watched the WaterWorld show. The Minion street games are worth trying; we each succeeded once and got two large plush toys! Because we bought the Express Pass, the kids got to play what they wanted, saving us queuing time, and we even had extra time to eat and rest at Toadstool Cafe. We'll definitely buy it again next time!
