A thoughtful journey through Angkor with Sarak…We booked the Angkor Wat sunrise tour with Klook and it was excellent. Our guide, Sarak, was outstanding — calm, kind, and deeply insightful. He never rushed us, explained the history with ease, and even helped capture some beautiful photos for my daughter and me. From the magical sunrise at Angkor Wat to Ta Prohm’s roots and the serene faces of Bayon, the day felt thoughtful and unhurried. Special thanks to Sarak for his warmth and knowledge, and to our driver for making the journey so comfortable.

We got the sunrise schedule for Angkor Wat the night before. After booking, Mr. Da chatted us about our schedule and give us some reminders. The day of the tour, we were only 4. We had an amazing tour in Angkor Wat, we were laughing all through out. We didn’t even feel our tired feet from the long walk because Mr. Da always talks to us. Every question were answered. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Angkor Wat and even the history of Cambodian people. We really love Mr. Da. A bonus was that Mr. Da takes wonderful pictures of us. I would definitely recommend him. Kudos to him and his company.

Pum, our guide is super knowledgeable on the khmer history. it also helps that he is young and we were able to connect and communicate really well. towards the end we were all very comfortable with each other. Mr Long, our tuktuk driver was also very nice. Angkor wat and the other temples were beautiful! we initially booked sunset but we were asked to change to sunrise because of lack of people and thank god we did sunrise instead!

This felt like a real-life temple run! It was exhausting, especially with the early wake-up call for the sunrise—but absolutely worth it. The sunrise view was breathtaking.

Our tour guide, Vuthy, was friendly, spoke excellent English, and was very knowledgeable. Plus, he was great at taking photos, which was a bonus. We learned so much from the tour.

We were also lucky with the weather. Although we expected rain, it stayed clear—and it only started to get really hot around 10 AM. Thankfully, the company provided unlimited water and wet wipes to help us stay cool and refreshed.

It was a sunset tour. The sunset was red and very beautiful. You should wear shoes as you will be walking and climbing stairs quite a bit. It was January, but it was very hot during the day. I was very grateful to receive several bottles of cold water. For the three participants, we had a tuk-tuk, the breeze was comfortable (sunglasses are a must because small dust particles fly around), and the bumpy road was like an attraction and was fun. Guide MR. Savoek was kind and explained things carefully, and driver MR. Long was also very kind and greeted us with a smile. Lunch is for 1 hour and is paid for individually, but it costs around 1000 yen. The tour was very good.

We had an absolute pleasure of spending a day exploring Angkor Wat with our incredible guide, Nuon Chansarak @Sarak. From the start to finish, he was warm, professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.

He is not only knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Angkor Wat but also had a passion for sharing the stories behind every temple and carving. He had an amazing way of bringing history to life.

Guide was really helpful and explained us everything, plus keeping enough free time for us to explore on our own. The unrestored temple was welcome addition and we really enjoyed it.
