Review Ocean Park Hong Kong Ticket

I went to Ocean Park to see the pandas. The admission fee is a bit high at 10,000 Japanese Yen, but I think you can easily spend a whole day there, as the park is as vast as 20 Tokyo Domes and offers many attractions. The Panda House is divided into two sections: one for the twins and their parents, and another for a pair from China. There might be a bit of a line right after opening, but a few hours later, you can enter without waiting and watch the pandas for an unlimited time, as there's no rotation system. It's also very convenient to get to, taking about 20 minutes by train from the Central area.

Very easy to purchase and got voucher soon after payment by email. We booked the day before we planned to go to check on weather but could easily have done it on the day. Lots of walking in the park but long queues only for the gondola and train between waterfront and summit. Otherwise queues seemed no longer than 20 mins which isn’t bad at all for a theme park. Many great animals to see and thrill rides. Great views from the gondola and summit.

You can see incredibly cute pandas, a variety of marine life, and different amusement park rides, both thrilling and mild, so there's something for everyone. After entering the park, you can first visit the aquarium, which is very large and has many kinds of marine life. Then, you can go to the panda pavilion to see the newborn pandas – they're really adorable!
To get to the amusement rides, you can take the cable car or the Ocean Express train. If there isn't a long line, definitely take the cable car! You can see beautiful sea views, and the cable car is also a major feature of Ocean Park. Once you're there, you can also see animals like penguins and polar bears. The roller coaster outside the penguin exhibit isn't too intense, so you can give it a try.
In terms of transportation, the Ocean Park MTR station is right outside, which is very convenient!

This is a must do when you visit Hong Kong if you have some extra time on your hands and you want to see the PANDAS. Ocean Park is a theme park, with plenty of rides (a couple of good roller coasters), but has loads of animals to see as well, including the Pandas and a number of different marine animals. Very easy to get there by MRT, but arrive at opening time to get quiet viewing time with the Panda experience. Overall, a great day out, which can easily last a good 8 hours.

we enjoyed ocean park so much and even though it’s not as fancy as Disneyland it has everything a child needs. They also have aquarium n u can see penquins, walrus n feed the seal. this is the place to see panda too! best is the park is not crowded and we do not have to wait for any rides.

Purchased the ticket in klook and all good to go. it’s easy and smooth transaction. recommended for both adult and child visiting. no need for long queues. quite wide and will surely enjoyed by everyone.

This is a special New Year's Eve event with discounted entry at 4 PM. We went to see the pandas first thing, as they need to rest and will be retiring early. Afterward, we took the cable car. Although we queued for a while, we were able to get a car for just the two of us, without having to share with others, which was great! Lots of Sanrio stuff, very cute! We took the cable car back as well. There weren't many people, so we didn't have to wait in a long line and got straight on! Then we played "Ocean Dream Adventure," which is all Sanrio, very beautiful, and we took lots of photos. It was supposed to close at 10 PM, but there were still many people at 10 PM, and the gift shops were still full of shoppers. A very enjoyable evening.

ease of booking on Klook: Very easy to book. Received confirmation very quickly.
queue times: Visited on a weekday. Queue time was reasonable compared to some other theme parks I visited in the past.
shows: Various shows available. Timings can be found online or via the Ocean Park app.
facilities: Rides were very fun, and safe. Particularly enjoyed The Flash and The Hair Raiser. I strongly recommend to get the Giant Panda Join-in Tour as you pay a few dollars more for transport to the park, expedited entry to the park, and a brief introduction to get you ready for the day ahead. The tour guide provided many useful tips and info, just enough to help us plan our route around the park. Overall, if you like to see animals and have a theme park experience at the same time, this place is a must visit!

This visit really healed my inner child specially when I saw the Pandas! i saw a total of 5 Pandas although the twins are sleeping 😌 but definitely there is a reason to go back to! Its worth visiting as it has all the things u are looking for. Animals, Rides, scenic view, cable car and train ride! We really had fun in Ocean park and it should be added to ur itinerary! Thank you Ocean park for another core memory!

we had so much fun, especially our baby. it was great to see the fishes and the other animals. the whole place is clean, and the staff were all accommodating. it was also a good idea to visit the park during weekdays because the queue times are just short. i just hope that they can extend the park hours until 8:30 or 9pm! 🥹
