Highly recommend this experience! Pick up from designated area was on time (about a 10-15 minute ride). Friendly welcome and easy check in. We were allowed to go in a little bit early (10 minutes) for our 8pm booking as there hadn’t been anyone in before us. Hot pool number 12. Absolutely spectacular view! Hot pool was devine. This is a must do when in Queenstown. A+++

Beautiful hidden gem. The service was great and welcoming. Very private experience. They were very timely. Wine was included with our booking which was a nice surprise! Was a good experience even though it was a rainy day you still get good views. They have parking, showers, and changing rooms. Would book again :) Photos reflect the Original Onsen Package.

I booked a time slot directly at this onsen, and it was a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and had my booking ready. The facilities were immaculate: clean changing areas, and the water temperature was perfect. I loved having the freedom to soak at my own pace without being rushed by a group schedule. For anyone who prefers a self-guided, peaceful onsen visit without extra sightseeing stops, just booking the onsen directly is the way to go. Highly recommend!

The scenery was just as I imagined, and the facilities were better than the price. I had a plan that didn't include a shuttle service, so I took the Orbus for NZ$2 with Beecard, but on the way back, when I told the local staff, they took me to the city center on a free shuttle bus (limited number of people per bus). was likely). Overall, it was a very satisfying time. In Japan, it would cost more than 30,000 yen.

The onsen was clean, well-designed, modern yet felt old world due to the barrel design. Onsen staff reached out by email about the complimentary pick up and drop off and it was organised 2 days before my session. Book early! The view was a bonus making this experience truly unique!

Awesome experience but pray that you get the middle onsen for the best experience. If you take the corner ones then the view is not as good. But overall i still highly recommend. Very good experience, similar to those taiwan onsen but this presents new zealand view. I enjoyed very much. The team was also very friendly and provided free drink and a snack which is good to have when in the onsen to prevent fainting. Best time slot is sunset as in the day in the summer is very hot. There is also free wifi to connect

A truly amazing experience. The serenity of the Onsen Hot Pools was second to none. The quality and cleanliness of the facilities was fantastic. The water in the Onsen was also at the right temperature and not too cold or hot.
My wife and I liked the functionality of the original onsen pool which had a adjustable roof cover, a way to dim the lights further or add cold water if needed. The snacks and drinks as part of our package was a nice touch too.
