My flight was delayed, and when I contacted them in advance, they kindly said it was okay. They were waiting for me when I picked up my luggage and arrived at the airport. I got in the parked car and left immediately, arriving comfortably at the hotel! I was extremely thirsty from the long journey, so it was great that water was available in the car. It was a limousine, and it was well-maintained and clean, so the ride was pleasant.

We arrived at night and the service was excellent. The driver was waiting right there holding a sign with my name, so it was super easy to find him. He helped us with our luggage and drove us safely to the hotel. Everything was on time and very smooth. Highly recommended!

When I arrived at the airport, there was someone holding a sign with my name on it, so I went to them directly, confirmed my name, and boarded the bus. It would have been faster to find them if they had held the sign up a bit more noticeably, but they were just holding it in their hand, so it took me a while to look around. However, I was able to find them without too much trouble. The driver... wasn't the best, but he drove safely, and I was grateful that he pointed out the hotel in the alley. If I use this service again in the future, I should give him a tip then. I arrived late at night, so I was a bit out of it. It was a satisfying trip.

The actual arrival was confusing because the car number was different from the information I received from Klook, but the driver kindly contacted me via WhatsApp and provided detailed information in advance, which gave me confidence. He also loaded and unloaded all the luggage himself, and when I dropped something in the dark, he thoughtfully turned on the light, which I appreciated.
