Please note that hotel do not accept name change once the booking is made. Guests are required to provide the booker and staying guests' name in English (same as shown on the passports) during the booking process. Guests are required to present a photo identification and credit card used for the reservation upon check-in. The hotel will verify if the guest is the authorized cardholder. Please note that if you have made a room reservation at a breakfast-included rate, you will be entitled to Breakfast Buffet (With meeting Disney Friends) for TWO persons per room per night. If you have made a room reservation at a dinner-included rate, you will be entitle to a designated dinner set at Dragon Wind Restaurant for TWO persons per room per night. Dinner session does not include Disney Characters Meeting. Designated dinner at Dragon Wind is available from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., dining time 90 minutes and must be consumed on the check-in date. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required for deposit before check-in. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
