Since the original SIM card I bought only had a ten-day validity period, I thought I'd buy a cheaper one to save two days. The reception seems a bit worse than the one I used before (in suburban areas, based on comparisons with my travel companions, mostly for navigation). In urban areas (towns), there's not much difference.

Poor service... There's no after-sales service information from the service provider, Kkday hasn't been handling my online customer service at all and keeps giving irrelevant answers, and no one has responded to my complaint emails.

I purchased a New Zealand 5G eSIM/15-day service in early November and had it installed before leaving the country. However, after arriving in New Zealand on November 9th, I have been unable to connect to the internet. I have reported this twice, but there has been no resolution. The service is terrible.
