  Stable network signal

The settings are very simple to operate, and you can use the Internet as soon as you get off the plane. Whether you are in Cairo or near the Red Sea, the Internet signal is quite stable. It is recommended for people who are going to Egypt for tourism or business trips.

It's OK. I won't say that I can use the Internet smoothly just by ordering from Kaka.

  Can be used normally

Used it on a trip to Cairo. Although the connection was weak in some areas at the Pyramids of Giza, it was usable normally.

  Egypt 2 Day Use

2025-03-02 11:35
I used it for two days in Cairo, Egypt, and it was cheap and easy to use. I was worried because the network company displayed in the upper left corner of my iPhone changed at some point and I couldn't connect at all, but when I changed the network from automatic to orange egypt (I think) and selected it, I was able to connect smoothly again.

I was able to use it as soon as I arrived at the airport, and I had no problems connecting even in tourist areas a little outside the city.

  Sometimes it doesn't connect

Sometimes it would revert to 3G and I couldn't connect, but I was able to use it by changing the network setting from automatic to manual and selecting LTE.

  Lowest price! Good customer service!

I was looking for an eSIM that I could use for my one-week trip to Egypt, and I got the impression that all the providers were at least 45,000 yen. Among them, I found the kkday plan. It was cheap at 2,205 yen for 5GB/30 days, and was definitely the cheapest plan for my trip to Egypt. However, when I arrived in Egypt, I had some trouble connecting. However, when I asked a friend to tether me and contacted the kkday app, the provider responded within 2-3 hours and I was able to connect. <Good points> - Cheap - Quick response <Bad points> - Sometimes I can't connect due to a problem → If you don't have a Wi-Fi environment or someone can tether you, you can't solve the problem - You need to download the kkday app → If you don't do this in Japan, it could be a big problem. Overall, it wasn't bad, but I think it was a big loss that I couldn't connect for two days. I think it's better to use the Wi-Fi at the airport or hotel to make sure you can connect.

Only in Cairo can esim be used. There is no network in other cities such as Luxor. Not sure whose problem it is, but I feel it is very bad.
