It was very convenient; the driver even arrived at the hotel entrance a few minutes early and helped with the luggage.

Although I couldn't find a contact person at first, thankfully I switched to WhatsApp, and basic English communication was no problem.

I always get nervous about airport taxis because if they're not punctual, I'll miss my flight, but because I'd repeatedly communicated the pickup location via the app, the car arrived on time. They spoke to me in English and even showed me the Barcelona New Year's Eve fireworks on their smartphone. It was a great memory of my trip. I had a lot of luggage, so next time I'll request a larger car instead of a standard one.

Upon landing, we saw the message the driver sent via WhatsApp. We were so grateful that he came looking for us even though we had gone to the wrong meeting point. Previously, we had booked airport transfers in Thailand through KKday, but instead of a large vehicle, a small car arrived, leaving us with nowhere to complain. Once, we booked a transfer in Japan but received no show, and customer service was offline, leaving us with no recourse. Therefore, we were hesitant to book a transfer this time, but thankfully, the lovely local driver gave our trip a great start!

Spanish car rental companies use the WhatsApp app to contact customers and continuously track progress. Although the cars are not new, they are convenient and safe.

After exiting the airport gate, a man and a woman in suits helped me carry my luggage and took me to the car parked outside the airport. The driver was polite and I felt safe throughout the whole process.
