Except for a few remote rural areas where there is no phone signal, it works well.

  Smooth network

Except that the Internet speed in some places may be slightly slower than in deep mountains, but it does not affect the use, but it is generally smooth~

  Good connection speed

From Panama to Peru, South America, the signal is not too bad or abnormal for a long time. Except for the mountainous areas, it may not be so stable, but this situation is understandable. Overall, the esim settings are smooth and very simple. If you have any questions, you can ask customer service in advance.

This is much more convenient because you don’t have to remove the existing core.

I am using it in Brazil and it holds the net well and works well. When using Uber or credit card apps, you may need to verify your mobile phone, but I like that I don't have to switch between Korean and Issim.

The esim was very easy to install (worked w/ my Samsung Note phone & not on my Oppo A16 phone). Worked well in Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, & Calafate. Thank you so much - will avail again next time.

An eSIM for Peru and Bolivia

2025-05-14 11:41
I used the South American unlimited data eSIM for this trip to Peru and Bolivia. The connection speed was good in busier urban areas (such as Lima, Cusco, Aguas Calientes, and La Paz), and there was no problem with basic communications and Internet access. However, the speed was slightly slower when downloading or uploading image files (it is recommended to use the hotel's WiFi). As for remote mountainous areas (such as Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Lake Titicaca, and Uyuni Salt Flats), the eSIM signal was poor and intermittent, which was an expected situation. Overall, if you are just traveling, will not stay in the mountains all the time, and do not need a high-speed connection, this eSIM solution is still a viable option.

The Internet is so bad that I can’t even send 1-star reviews.

There is basically no internet connection in Cusco and Hot Water Town, Peru, and the connection is often cut off. The situation is exactly the same in the capital Lima. The Internet is terrible. Don’t buy it.

  Bad signal

This time in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Easter Island, the signal is only 3G most of the time.
