Zoo Negara ❤️ The overall experience was great, and it helped me learn more about animals and nature. The zoo is very spacious and has many different kinds of animals, such as elephants, giraffes, tigers, and the most popular pandas. Walking through the park, you can see a lot of greenery, which makes you feel very close to nature.
My favorite part was the panda exhibit because pandas are so cute. Watching them slowly eat bamboo and wander around was very relaxing. Besides seeing the animals, the zoo's environment is also great for a walk, though it can be a bit tiring since the park is quite large.
My visit to Zoo Negara this time made me very happy, and I learned a lot about animals. If I have the chance, I'll definitely go again. It's also a great place to visit with family or friends.

This zoo was incredibly satisfying! The animals are active, so I recommend going early in the morning. It's the closest I've ever been to animals in a zoo, and I got to see rare animals like white tigers, lions, hedgehogs, and black panthers. The pandas were also incredibly close and very cute. The ticket exchange was also quick and easy, as the ticket center is located near the entrance, so there wasn't much of a line.

If you’re planning to visit this zoo just for the Giant Pandas then please don’t bother as the Giant Pandas aren’t there anymore since May 2025. They were on a loan from China and they have gone back home.
Overall the zoo is very nice. You get to see lots of animals like Raccoons, Tigers, White Tigers, Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Black Panther and many many more.
They also have a nice aviary and birds like Brahminy Kite, Ostriches, Emus, Cassowaries etc.
There is also an aquarium. The children’s area is very nice where the kids can touch and pet animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, parrots and ponies.
The dining options are also good. I would personally recommend eating at the Savannah Cafe.
The zoo isn’t very crowded as it isn’t on the typical tourist itinerary. Mostly locals and little children during our visit. Gives you a chance to enjoy the zoo in peace.
Definitely recommended if you like being around animals.

My child was very happy and enjoyed the visit a lot. My wife was happy too, so it made the trip even better. I booked the tickets via Klook and the process was very easy. No long queues, which saved us a lot of time. The ticket price was cheaper compared to walk-in. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable family outing. Highly recommended for families with kids.

This was our second time at zoo negara! The first time we went, our son was still very little so he could barely remember anything from the trip. We decided to go back as our son is such an animal lover. He said the trip was sooo fun as he enjoyed seeing his favourite animals. We were a bit bummed as we didn’t get to see the panda but it was still very nice as we felt like we managed to explore and see more animals with our son this time around. Highlight of the trip was the sea lion show that we also missed during the first trip so we were very satisfied. Overall, we had such an amazing time and honestly, we wouldn’t mind coming back over and over again :)

We enjoyed seeing a wide variety of animals in naturalistic enclosures, and the kids especially loved the free-roaming bird aviary and reptile house. Klook offered a better price than walk-in tickets, which was a great bonus.
However, one major downside was the Panda Conservatory being permanently closed. It was disappointing, especially for those visiting with high hopes of seeing the pandas. Overall, it’s still a worthwhile experience and Klook made the booking stress-free.
