The experience surpassed our expectations. Went with our family of two adults and two kids, and we all had a blast. Really nice that they provide snow boots and snow jacket. Lots to do outside of the snow complex as well like amusement park, which is pay per ride.

The snow park is quite large, featuring a very long ice slide. The environment inside is sufficiently cold, and there's plenty of snow. The admission fee includes a snow jacket and pants, as well as snow boots and free lockers. You only need to bring your own gloves, but there's also a shop on-site where you can buy them. The jacket and pants are relatively clean, but the snow boots are quite worn, with some damage and odor. Overall, it's a good experience, and we had a lot of fun.

Staying at the Mission Hills Resort, the hotel has a shuttle bus to the mall every 10 minutes, which is quite convenient. Having fun playing in the snow at Karu Ice and Snow World was great. There were a lot of people during Christmas, but the order was still okay.

This is my second time visiting this ski resort. Although the resort isn't very big, it's more than enough for kids to play in the snow. This time, I bought a two-hour snow play package for two adults and one child. The resort provides sufficient snowsuits and snow boots. Gloves need to be brought or purchased outside the venue. Inside the resort, besides the play area, there's also a heated room with snacks. After playing for a while, you can go inside for a break, have something to eat, and drink something hot before heading out to play again!
