Our guide, Wara, was incredibly kind. He spoke Korean exceptionally well, which made the entire trip very comfortable. We were worried because our tour day was two days before Nyepi, but luckily there was no traffic, and we had enough time to add a visit to the Segara Coffee Plantation. The drive from Seminyak to Ubud took about an hour and a half. Our tour itinerary was Bali Swing - Coffee Plantation - Monkey Forest - Pison - Ubud Palace & Market - and then back to Seminyak. We were very, very satisfied. Also, because I'm afraid of monkeys, the guide accompanied me! Thank you so much! If I bring my parents here in the future, I would love to request him as our guide again. 😊

We booked a 12-hour car with Sandi for a private tour to Ubud, and it was an incredible experience. The car was spacious enough for 6, but just perfect for me and my wife. Sandi arrived right on time at 7 AM, and being a local, he offered fantastic suggestions that made our day special.

We started at a beautiful coffee plantation where we enjoyed excellent tea, coffee, and the famous Luwak coffee. Then we visited the stunning Tirta Empul Temple, the scenic Tegalalang rice terraces, and ended with an exciting ATV ride he recommended.

Sandi was super fun, knowledgeable, and shared wonderful local stories and culture throughout the day. He also took great photos for us at every stop. More than just a driver, he made us feel like we were experiencing Bali with a friend.

Our driver, NGOERAH, made it a wonderful trip from morning till night.
We traveled from our hotel in Nusa Dua to Ubud, and although we had planned a very ambitious tour, he took the time and traffic into consideration. He suggested what we could and couldn't do, as well as new places to visit, creating a highly satisfying plan that made effective use of our time.
The actual course we took included a swing, rice terraces, civet coffee, Tirta Empul Temple, Goa Gajah, and a seafood BBQ at Jimbaran Beach, which was just right for a 12-hour tour.

We were very grateful to our Japanese-speaking driver, Mr. Sumadi. Due to a royal funeral that day, we were unable to visit the Royal Palace and Monkey Forest area as originally planned. Mr. Sumadi came up with an alternative plan for us. In the morning, we enjoyed rafting (with lunch included), followed by Happy Swing at the rice terraces (with dress and photoshoot), and then a coffee farm (with over 15 types of tasting). Our children had plenty of fun playing and interacting with nature, and after tiring themselves out, they were able to relax and rest comfortably in the car on the way back, which was great. We could have used Grab, but Mr. Sumadi was always waiting for us in the parking lot, which made it easy to get around. He also taught us a lot about Bali. We are so glad we booked him. Thank you very much!
Our Japanese speaking driver Mr.Sumadi was very responsible, patient and polite, great personality! He showed at the hotel lobby on time and listened to us well, took us to Bali bintang rafting, Happy swing and a coffee farm which we can experience their special tasting session. The car is new and spacious enough for a family for four and super clean. Highly recommended!

this was one of the best thing we did in Bali. it popped out of nowhere .. how wonderful it is to have our own customized tour in our own time frame . we had amazing time with our driver Wikranta . He was very professional yet friendly and most importantly very flexible with our plans and co operative. we went to Southern Bali day tour for 10 hours. we went to Vishnu Garuda, Uluwatu temple , Padang Padang beach and Dreamland and Blue fin beach. and the main plus point was he took us to this amazing Warung’ food place’ . one of the best foods we had during our whole trip. we highly recommend this… and car was also in good and clean condition. it was so convenient and amazing experience that we book this tour again with the same person . 👏👏👏

I had to change hotels during my stay in Ubud, so I requested a car charter with sightseeing included to cover the hotel transfer.

In the morning, I was picked up from my hotel at check-out time. From there, we visited a civet coffee plantation, enjoyed a buffet lunch, explored Besakih Temple, and went to Tuktad Cepung Waterfall, before being dropped off at my next hotel. We went slightly over the scheduled time, but I had a very fulfilling day.

My guide, Made, is a wonderful person with excellent Japanese language skills and is very attentive. I didn't have any lunch plans, but he took me to a lovely restaurant where I could enjoy an Indonesian buffet while overlooking the rice terraces.

He also stopped by a currency exchange and a supermarket for me, and took lots of pictures. I am truly grateful for his willingness to accommodate any request. He gave me his LINE contact information, which made meeting up easy and convenient for contacting him directly when I wanted to book another tour on a different day.

Let's start with the conclusion: it's a definite 10/10. 1. Initial Situation: This was my first time booking a service on Klook, and I was already in Bali, booking only 2 days in advance, and I didn't have WhatsApp, so I was very nervous. I left my WeChat ID, but no one added me, so I could only wait until the morning of departure to see what would happen. 2. Surprising Experience: (1) Arrived as Promised: We booked a 7:30 AM departure from our villa in Seminyak. At 7:20 AM, our guide, TINI, was already at the front desk. She's from Bali, but her Chinese is excellent. After confirming that I was the one who booked the car for today, she smiled and said that she added me on WeChat, but I hadn't accepted the request, and she was worried that my plans had changed. I then realized that WeChat hadn't notified me, and she had already requested to add me. (2) Double Service: Our family of three booked a Chinese-speaking guide, but because they had limited Chinese-speaking drivers, she and the driver both served us. What a pleasant surprise!!! And throughout the trip, she accompanied us to all the attractions and helped us take photos, making us feel like we had not only a guide but also a photographer. (3) From Beginning to End: At the end of the trip, she even helped us check into our new hotel, Ayana, and provided various translations. She was super considerate. I am very grateful to TINI and the driver for their companionship throughout the day and highly recommend them.

Our Ubud tour was easy to organize and a really great experience. The driver was friendly and very practical in planning what we could achieve for the day. He made sure we had enough time at each attraction while balancing the itinerary so we could still visit the places we wanted.

He took us to Kumulilir, where we had an amazing time and enjoyed their great coffee. The driver also recommended lunch at Tebasari, which was really delicious.

Overall, having a private car made it easy to explore all the locations we wanted in Ubud. It was a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

I used a chartered car service, and the driver Putra was super awesome and polite. He proactively contacted me a day in advance to confirm the itinerary and offer some suggestions. He was very punctual in picking me up at the hotel on the day (the car was very clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was cold, hahaha 😂 great!). He helped with carrying things during the trip, was super patient, and even climbed up and down with me at the waterfall. In the afternoon, when it rained heavily, he even brought two umbrellas to take me to visit Ubud Palace. He also explained things and helped take photos. When I said I wanted to buy postcards, he also took me to the art market to buy them. At the end, when I said I wanted to exchange money, he was also very helpful in paying attention to which money exchange places on the road had good exchange rates. He was really enthusiastic and polite! And he didn't frown at all throughout the whole trip, always smiling (I was really happy that he took me out to play today 🥰. Car condition: Very good, very spacious and large. Car model: Toyota. Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: Polite, efficient, enthusiastic.

I requested a Japanese-speaking guide. My guide, Adi, had a calm demeanor and helped us create a plan, even though we had almost no plans of our own. We were able to visit Besakih Temple, Kintamani Highlands, a coffee plantation, Tirta Empul Temple, Tegalalang Rice Terraces, and Ubud Royal Palace. The next day, Adi guided us a little more, and we went to the Starbucks where Adi's daughter works! We enjoyed one of the largest Starbucks in Southeast Asia! It was a safe, secure, and fun trip to Bali!
