It’s very convenient to use. I always purchase all of our activity tickets from Klook whenever we’re travelling.

Klook is cheap and easy to use. The waiting room is clean and there are no problems with meeting up. The driver was inexperienced and sometimes got lost, but he was a pleasant person and I was able to leave it to him with confidence. I would arrange the cheapest place at the time, but I think Klook is better if it's in the same price range.

When I previously used GRAB when arriving in Bali, I had a hard time meeting the driver, so I asked for this shuttle service. The result was very correct. A driver was waiting with an orange board with my name written on it, so I was able to use the service without any hesitation or waiting time. The car was economy, the cheapest, but it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although I was a single woman, I felt very safe using the service, so I would definitely use it again next time.
