We had such a fun day at Hong Kong Disneyland! I went with my son, my sister, and her friends — and it was truly magical from start to finish. The park was clean, organized, and full of friendly staff who made everything easy.
The rides were a perfect mix for both kids and adults. My son loved the “It’s a Small World” and “Ant-Man and The Wasp” attractions, while we enjoyed the parade and fireworks the most — they were absolutely beautiful. Lines were manageable (especially if you go early), and the food inside the park was surprisingly good and not overly expensive.
What made it extra special was seeing my son’s face light up at every corner — from meeting Mickey to watching the fireworks above the castle. It was such a memorable family experience, worth every bit of planning and walking.
Highly recommend it for families — just bring water, wear comfy shoes, and plan to stay until the fireworks show at night! 🌟🎆

Easy to redeem, show the qr at the counter and you’re ready to go in. If you’re staying in disney hotel, proceed to check in first and you’ll be given a room card. then when entering the park make sure you’re in the hotel guest line & show your room card and not the general line, save you heaps of time to enter the park. if you want special viewing area for fireworks without the need to squeeze with everybody and front row view, pls purchase the disney express pass with momentous or buffet with momentous. super worth it!!! Plan your day with downloading the app, you get to see the showtime beforhand and the waiting time for each ride/ character meeting time/ spot.

In this review, I want to share my personal experience in a simple and honest way, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left.
I started the day early, taking the MTR to Sunny Bay and then switching to the Disney Resort Line. Even the train ride felt special. The Mickey-shaped windows, the statues of Disney characters inside the train, and the cheerful music set the mood for the day. It made me feel like I was entering a different world—one that reminded me of childhood excitement.

I visited on January 9-10, 2026. It was amazing!! The attractions basically had a 5-10 minute wait, and you could see the parade from about the 3rd row even right before it started. However, if you have children, guests are basically carrying their children on their shoulders, so you won't be able to see if they are in front of you. The longest wait was for the Moana restaurant lol. I ordered the yakisoba, steak plate, and chickpea curry. The yakisoba had an Asian taste, and the steak was like a lean cut of meat. The chickpea curry was super spicy lol. The meatball-like things were super delicious. I had heard that the food wasn't good, but that wasn't the case, and everything was delicious. When I asked about re-entry, they said that only the ticket was needed, so I left the gate without doing anything and returned to the hotel. When re-entering, I was able to enter by holding up the same ticket QR code! The distance from the entrance to the Frozen area was about the same as the distance from the entrance gate to the castle at Tokyo Disneyland (Note: This is just my personal feeling). If you want to experience all the attractions, shows, parades, and greetings, you'll get tired in one day, but if you only want to experience certain things, one day might be enough. This time, I only experienced 9 attractions, 1 show, and 1 parade, but I was very satisfied with one day! You can buy goods not only in the park but also at the hotel and airport, so you don't have to worry about forgetting to buy something! However, there are park-exclusive designs for medals and such, so you should check that out. I'd like to go during the Halloween season next time.
