Highly recommended for airport transfer to hotel in city! Make sure to book via Klook. Price is much cheaper than walk in rate tickets directly at the counter or through the official website. It’s a great way to save a bit of money!

Voucher is for KEF to BSi terminal only. We went to the bus counter in KEF to pay extra ISK 1,200 and upgrade the voucher to include the shuttle bus from BSi terminal to nearest bustop to our hotel. Fast, east and convenient. Helpful staff.

Just show the QR code to the driver to ride, it's very convenient, and two pieces of luggage per person are okay. The staff are all very nice☺️

Flybus Iceland provided a smooth, reliable airport transfer that made arriving and departing stress free. The buses were clean, comfortable, and clearly marked at Keflavík Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and answering questions. The ride into Reykjavík was punctual, quiet, and well organized, with convenient drop offs near hotels or central bus stops. Booking was simple, and schedules aligned well with flight times. Overall, Flybus felt professional and efficient, offering great value for money. I would confidently recommend it to travelers who want an easy, dependable connection between the airport and the city in Iceland nationwide.

The company Airport Direct, which partnered with Klook, is no longer operating. Flybus is now running the service (the Flybus bus counter at the Iceland airport said they merged). However, they currently still honor tickets sold by Klook. The airport counter will exchange the ticket for us, and there seem to be plenty of bus departure times and seats available. If you're worried about potential issues due to the partner company no longer existing, buying tickets on-site seems fine too, as the price is about the same. I purchased a ticket for drop-off at my hotel, which actually involves first taking a large bus back to the central station in the city, and then transferring to a smaller bus that takes you to the bus stop closest to your hotel. Therefore, for travelers needing to use public transportation, it's helpful to find out if there is a Flybus stop near your hotel when booking, as it will be much more convenient. Also, the central bus station is some distance from the city center and some areas are uphill, so it's recommended to buy a ticket that goes directly to a stop near your hotel. Of course, if you're driving yourself, you won't have these issues.

Airport Direct, which used to partner with Klook, is no longer operating. Flybus is now the service provider. However, they still honor tickets sold through Klook. For tickets from the city to the airport, you'll receive an email notification and e-ticket the day before departure. Just wait at the Flybus station at the scheduled time. The wait is usually not too long. You'll first take a minibus to the main station in the city, and then transfer to a large bus to the airport. This is quite convenient if your hotel is close to a bus station. On the other hand, the main bus station is a bit far from the city center, and some areas involve uphill walking, so purchasing hotel pick-up is highly recommended. Of course, if you're driving yourself, you won't have these issues.

I originally had the booking with Airport Direct but I received an email from them few days before the airport pickup date informing me that they will no longer operate transfer to and from the KEF airport. However, the ticket I bought remained valid and my transfer was operated by Flybus. The transfer was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. It took about 45mins from the airport to my drop off point. It is a good choice to travel with Flybus to and from the airport.

Easy to book and easy to use. Just look for the Flybus kiosk at the arrival hall of the airport and you will be directed to the loading areas of the buses going to Reykjavik.

Since my flight was early in the morning, the city bus wasn't running yet. I used FLYBass because the first bus from the bus terminal was at 4:30 AM. It was also convenient because it was flexible and didn't require a reservation. While waiting at the terminal, people gathered one after another. The first bus quickly filled up, and people were directed to the next bus. It seemed like the number of buses increased depending on the number of passengers. I presented my voucher to the driver and boarded. I put my suitcase in the luggage compartment of the bus before getting on.
