There is a free audio guide included in admission. We had an entry time, but still had to wait for an hr in line before they let us in because the check in process is very inefficient. They check for your name on a paper list.

Ease of booking with Klook: Booked for a family of four. Arrived 15 minutes late for our 9:30 AM reservation, but after waiting in line, we showed our four tickets around 10:00 AM and entered smoothly. Right after entering, there were free Japanese audio guides available, which was great! (I think it was a guide that took about 40 minutes).
