I enjoyed the views at thw observatory deck and roof top. i went first thing in the morning ao there were less people. The observatory floor was too warm. wish they put a little bit of airconditioning.

Montparnasse tower is a must see yet underrated attraction in Paris. However, Parisiens themselves despise the tower as they feel it looks ugly. But who cares. It has one of the best views in Paris. Especially, we bought the ticket at 7.30PM for a 9PM entry on the same day as we decided on the fly to go to this tower. Ticket QR code is emailed to you immediately using which you can enter the Tower. The Level 56 has some cool telescopes and fun 3D photo booth. We then went up to the terrace and sat down for a relaxed evening overlooking the Eiffel Tower. While it was not heavily crowded, but most people were gathering around the side of tower overlooking Eiffel tower to catch the moment when the lights are switched on at night. There was also music playing and people sipping champagne making the atmosphere lovely. Its a romantic place, although we went with a couple of romance killers - our children.

Beautiful experience! Everyone suggests visiting Eiffel tower but you cannot experience the beauty of the Eiffel tower itself from there. You get beautiful views of the Eiffel tower from the tip of montparnasse tower. Buy a timeslotted ticket around dusk time to get a daytime view and a night time view. Recommended to buy it in advance as tickers can be sold out at the counter.

It is highly recommended to watch the sunset and night view when the weather is nice. Remember to keep warm in winter as the wind on the top floor can make it very cold! If the weather is bad, you don’t need to come~
