Around 9 AM, we purchased our cable car tickets on the spot next to the First ticket office. We waited about 3 minutes to receive our vouchers, which were cheaper than buying directly at the counter. We scanned the QR code to enter directly. First is definitely worth visiting. I recommend hiking to Lake Bachalpsee; we spent about 3-4 hours there. There are also many trails around the lake. On the way back, we hiked to the next cable car station, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way, before taking the cable car down the mountain. We went up the mountain around 9:30 AM and came down at 6 PM. I highly recommend coming here for hiking and biking.

definitely worth it ! the bus in town takes you right to the station ! just scan the QR code to get on the express gondola . can walk around / go outside before taking the train up to the mountain! interactive museum with map once you get off the train! beautiful site to see

After checking the weather on the day of, we were able to quickly decide to purchase tickets and received the voucher very fast, which was super convenient! The scenery at FIRST is beautiful. In addition to the Cliff Walk and observation deck, I highly recommend visiting Lake Bachalpsee. Although it was a bit windy in the afternoon, we could see the shimmering surfaces of the two lakes and the snow-capped mountains in the distance; the view was priceless. Even though the hike takes 50 minutes and the path isn't easy, it's definitely worth the time, and you can spend 1-2 hours by the lake. As for the Marmot Trail, we walked it but didn't see any marmots. I wonder if there are actually marmots there?

I booked on the spot and waited a few minutes to receive the QR code. There's a little queue for the entrance to the cable car but it moves fast. This is highly recommended so you don't have to line up for the ticket counter as they take time too.

Great to allow to buy ticket on same day without need to queue. Confirmation is fast. The cable stop at few stations Bort, Schreckfeld and to the top First station. There are 4 adventure rides you can ride First flyer. First Grider which bring you from First to next stop Schreckfeld. Too bad that day was raining heavily and cold and the ride was closed. Luckily, we managed to hop on First Mountain Cart when rain was not strong. My family enjoyed the ride very much. The ride brought us from Schreckfekd to Bort. The final ride is Trottibike to race from Bort to Grindelwald. It was enjoyable day for us.

could scan the qr code on my phone immediately at the turnstile and skip the queue for the ticket counter. The same QR code will be used every time you take the gondola to the different station. The mountains were stunning 10/10 would go again

I purchased the voucher on the day of my visit and received it within 5 minutes, which made it easy to board the cable car. The leisurely hike to Bachalpsee and back took about 3 hours. On the way back, the QR code wouldn't scan, and I had to ask the staff for help. It seems that sometimes the code won't scan even with the screen brightness at maximum. In my case, it worked when I scanned the QR code at its original size without pinching out (enlarging) it. The views were incredible!
