ease of booking on Klook: very easy booking, booked in on Klook the day before I went, claim tickets from entrance counter.
service: the staff in there were all very friendly & very helpful
price: a bit pricey for a safari but very worth the value as it includes access to the safari, marine park, theme park, water park, petting zoo, feeding encounters, shows. 1 day is not enough. it is a very big park
experience: it was a really fun & memorable experience. I got to see really rare animals like capybara, jaguar, rhino, hippos, lions, komodo dragons, elephants.
facilities: many toilets, gift shops, food & drink stalls all over the park.

The Park is much larger than we thought it was and you would definitely need a full day there including commute back and from Canggu where we were. We set off at 7.30am and arrived just before 9am when the park opens. Then we quickly purchased the first time slot for 'Feeding the Predators' as an ala carte item right away to secure the spot for our family of 10. If you follow the show schedule, you will finish all 3 morning shows by 12pm. Have lunch at Uma restaurant which I highly recommend as every dish we ordered was delicious! (The Betutu burger, Nasi Campur, Ayam Bakar, mini kids pizza was super). with some time to spare before the 2pm Feeding the Predators activity, the kids did animal feeding for Giraffes, Meerkats, Pygmy Hippo. all of them were very very cute! Feeding the Predators was definitely the highlight for us and exhilarating for adults and kids! definitely recommend and worth the price tag. We left at 2.45pm and got back to Canggu at 4pm. if you have kids, do this!

Bali Safari was awesome! But the Varoma restaurant was next level. The theatrical performance was incredible and the whole experience inside the restaurant made our stay top-notch, we bought the premium package and it was so worth it. In general, everything we saw at the Safari was awesome.

We had our driver Ketut Ega arrive early to collect us from our hotel. Excellent guide, drove us safely to Ubud & Back. We enjoyed the whole day at Bali Safari. Such a great experience. Highly recommend 🤗

This is a truly amazing zoo, highly recommended. There's a wide variety of animals, and they all appear to be very well cared for. You can't bring outside food into the park, but there are many food vendors inside. I'll definitely visit again.

Definitely worth visiting for the animal shows! I arrived around 12:00 PM and went straight to the restaurant for lunch with the performance. While the food was average, the show was very enjoyable. After lunch, I had plenty of time to explore the zoo before leaving at 5:30 PM.

Great place, many shows on point that doesn't drag too long, place is big with lot of activities to do. The tour that took me from the hotel and back were great company, very professionals. On my way back had a medical condition so they took me to a clinic and stayed with me for a whole hour and then dropped me back to the hotel without asking for any extra charges, much respect for the tour couple.

The Night Safari was a lot of fun, with options for walking and tram rides! It's better to go early, as the animals seem to be hungry and come right up to the tram! The buffet where you can see the lions was also very satisfying! We had a driver for six hours, and our driver, Kadek, was very friendly and helpful! He accompanied us after we arrived at the Night Safari, which made for a smooth entry! We felt at ease because he confirmed our requests every step of the way!
