very easy to claim, go to bus ticket near gate 5 and exchange your voucher into coupons for your bus ride. available bus every 10mins. the bus stop in the airport is just outside the counter. while bus stop 6015 in myeongdong is in front of Daiso 12F and near exit 8 myeongdong subway. very convenient esp hotels nearby. and very comfy seats

Very easy to redeem, just go to the dedicated counter and show them the QR Code to exchange for a physical tickets, then go outside to bus stop 5B-2 to board. The seats are spacious and the ride was comfortable from Incheon Airport all the way to Myeongdong. Travel time is about 1hr and 20mins depending on traffic.

Been to Seoul 4times but first time to take the airport bus. Very cheap, convenient, easy to find at Incheon. At Incheon airport upon arrival , Voucher for 6015 bus was redeemed at counter between Exit 5-6. Bus stop right outside Exit 5. Driver we had was helpful, patient, strict. Seats were a bit old, comfy and reclines, but no usb chargers. Food and drinks not allowed. Driver and helper loaded big luggages under the bus, a ticket/ sticker were issued. Hand luggages were loaded inside the bus at front- they were not allowed to be at the seats. It took 1.5 hrs from Incheon to Myeongdong. we stopped outside the Apple Store/ Ibis hotel. Bus 6015 from Myeongdong was only payable by T-pass or cash KW17,000- same stop. I could not book separate return ticket via Klook. There were also vendo machines that sold bus tickets at the airport (photo).

I used this service to travel from Incheon Airport to Dongdaemun's DDP. It was very convenient, and I would like to use it again. The voucher exchange location at the airport was explained on the reservation screen, so I was able to board smoothly. It was convenient because I didn't have to transfer trains with large luggage and could go near my hotel. It takes longer than the AREX (about 1 hour 50 minutes to go and about 1 hour 20 minutes to return), but if you have plenty of time and are staying in the Dongdaemun area, this is more convenient. The bus seats were spacious, and there were footrests and USB charging ports, which made it comfortable. The staff and driver were efficient and friendly.
